Rebecca was rude not able to resolve customers concern regarding a purchase that was made. Rebecca hung up the phone on me and refuse to resolve a customer agravation. She was too interesting in her own emotion and refuse to help. Not sure why a person with that incapacity could be a supervisor etc.

I was looking for a particular type of rope they were out of it but other than that they have a wide variety of Hardware Etc. This location is Downtown Greenville Ga. They usually have what I want so I will be going back when need be.

I arrived late just as the manager was about to get into her car. She turned back to allowed to get the food I needed for my rabbits. The staff's always friendly and helpful on every visit.
