What a terrific experience! Shopping for furniture can be a daunting task but Kim’s professionalism and knowledge of their product lines made everything go smoothly! We went into Weinberger’s with some ideas of what we thought we wanted and because of her expertise and creativity, we walked out confident that we had made the right choices.

Placing the order was a pleasant experience. However, that was the last pleasant experience I had. Delivery was supposed to be in 10 weeks and it took 17. Delivery did not occur on the day that was promised. When the furniture finally did come I had ordered a swivel rocker and received a recliner, that didn't rock at all. I returned the recliner and and matching ottoman. When discussing the problem with staff, not once did anyone apologize for making the mistake. Very poor customer service from the main office.

Bought a high dollar bed from Weinberger's Oconee and frame supports were too short due to Bassett mfg. error. Weinberger's said cut some wood and put under it. They should have Bassett send me proper size legs, but said no, put wood under short legs.Very Unprofessional !

I worked with Susan and Kim from the Lake Oconee location they both did an excellent job helping me pick out selections for our new home. They were both so friendly and made the process easy. I had some custom made pieces. Everything turned out beautiful and the furniture is high quality. So glad I stopped by.

Susan was so helpful picking out a rug for our dining area. She sent me home with samples and by the time I got home she had pricing for me, along with a diagram to help determine the size rug that would best fit the space. Very professional with a great eye for design.

Having done some research online for our LaZboy recliners, I knew what chairs we wanted. I spoke to Shaila the afternoon before our visit and I have to say, she is a go getter. She has such a great personality. I was anxious to meet her. She was a great asset in helping us choose our fabric. She was so personable, knowledgeable of the product and very professional.She is a delight and Weinberger's are beyond fortunate to have her!

After trying to find furniture for my new home, I finally went to Weinberger‘s where I wish I had started my shopping. I found everything I needed for my dining room, living room, bedroom, and sunporch. My sales lady was polite and knowledgeable. I ended up buying everything I needed and it was basically one stop one shop and I wasted time going to other places. I love the pieces I selected and appreciated the patience and time spent with me. I would definitely recommend Weinberger and their knowledgeable staff.
