on vacation passing through, called it a night and checked in here. Front Desk Clerk (Laverne?) was the friendliest person. was happy with everything.

The best customer service I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast bar is way above average. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. Fresh fruit and pancakes are available as well as eggs, grits and sausage. A variety of bagels were available. There is a small gym and also a laundry area. I enjoyed my stay.
Noteworthy details: There is a new Longhorn restaurant in walking distance as well as Chick Filet, Jersey Mikes', Starbucks and Burger King.

Place was ok and convenient. But, I will never stay at another TruHilton because of their foolish no weapons policy. No person, institution or establishment has the authority to deny me my God given right, guaranteed by the 2nd amendment to the U.S. Constitution to be able to defend myself. If you think your little sign will stop some deranged soul from entering and start shooting up a place, you're the biggest fool, idiot on God's green earth!

Nice room and comfortable bed. The rooms are simple like the Tru design. I do kind of miss a closet. Conveniently located near Lake Oconee and Greensboro.
Rooms: Basic sleek rooms. Bed and pillow are great.
Walkability: Burger King, Longhorns, and Chick-fil-A are within walking distance. Right next-door to a Home Depot.

We end up staying here since the other hotel we booked was canceled because of overbooking. I am so glad that I stayed. The room was ok, nothing special but their hospitality levels are so high! The way they welcomed us made me so happy after long driving. One thing that my kids were not happy with is the drink at breakfast. Juice(apple) was not right ?I would love to stay there if we need to go around the area.

My recent stay at the Tru Hilton on 4/20 was marked by average accommodations but exceptional hospitality. The staff's dedication to quality customer service was truly remarkable. The attendants were professional, courteous, and exceedingly helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when my room door wouldn't open. Their prompt and hands-on assistance significantly enhanced my overall experience.
Rooms: Revised hotel room review:
At first glance, the Tru Hilton appeared to be a newer structure or a recent build, with a pleasing aesthetic in the lobby area. However, upon entering the room, it became evident that there were some areas for improvement. While the overall appearance was decent, there were some noticeable issues such as a bit of mold in the top left corner of the shower, a few areas that needed a touch-up of paint, and the inconvenience of having to bump the door with my hip to open it. As someone with an eye for detail, these minor imperfections, along with the door issue, stood out to me.

We stayed here for three nights while visiting family in the area. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and recognized me for being a diamond member. The room was clean and stocked with needed supplies. The breakfast was delicious each morning. We enjoyed our stay and will stay at the hotel again when visiting family.
Rooms: Clean and fresh.
Safety: The area is well lit and safe to walk around the area.

There is nothing around this area as far as shopping goes. The staff were all very friendly, but we found waterbugs in our room and we were on the fourth floor.
Rooms: Too small and more expensive than the Holiday Inn we stayed in the night before with better breakfast.

Pretty run-of-the-mill Tru. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but the pillows had seen better days (lumpy)
Plenty of dining options within walking distance.
