Waited an hour to get a prescription that was called in from my eye doctor whose office is a few hundred yards away. Very rude clerks. I live an hour away so it isn't feasible to come back. Probably won't use them ahain.

I love this grocery store! It's well organized, clean, and the staff are friendly. It's pretty well stocked considering the shortages happening across the country. Also they have reasonable prices.

The employees here are so rude, before you've even given them a reason to be. Everytime I've had to call to check on a prescription, the person on the other end is already yelling at someone else in the background, and when they finally say "Publix Pharmacy...", you can't even understand what they're saying. The entire attitude of everyone there is like they are just miserable, don't want to be there, hate their jobs, can't be bothered by answering questions and have zero customer service/people skills. No professionalism or manners at all. Between this place and the CVS across the street, I don't know which is worse.

CALLED IN A REFILL 3 DAYS AGO FOR 2 MEDICATIONS, RECEIVED A TXT FINALLY SAYING MY ORDER IS READY, DROVE 20 MILES ONLY TO HEAR THAT ONLY ONE OF THE PRESCRIPTIONS WERE FILLED, IT WOULD BE ANOTHER HOUR.....3 FULL DAYS AND COULDN'T FILL 2 PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great store for most things, but if you want 6 pack Pepsi Zero, forget it.... they are challenged when it comes to getting Pepsi to keep this in stock. I finally was exhausted asking them for it, have to go to In the Ingles.
