“We’ve been here about 30 min now, still haven’t gotten any help to a pretty easy question. Not even an acknowledgment that we came in and are waiting . Lobby already had a family ahead of us —- and when we asked was there a waiting list, the other big guy employee walked out with a “they’ll be with you in a minute”. Not a good time for a break fellow ?
Update: we went back the next day… got the BEST help from Mel… he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained our new product perfectly. And… our Mi-fi is working perfectly.
