I was literally standing in the cold weather for 30 minutes, waiting for these people to open up only for them to tell me I have to wait two hours just to get 1 nail fixed. This is ridiculous! I would not recommend this business to anyone. You can't schedule an appointment. It's walk-ins only. Their nails breaks easily and their quality is not so great!

Stayed about 4hrs. Told them French tip. Before starting, showed a picture of a different style. The guy put the nails on. Lady had me choose a color and she was shown the same photo. Time went by, and while getting a pedicure (in which the same guy never asked what kind), the same lady comes to paint my nails with a full coat but the same picture is pointed out to her. She uses her phone to translate and says that my style is "powder" and it's "too late".

I got the new lady today, she’s a little bigger and has bangs. She did not do what I asked. My nails are so unproportional. She cut my skin with the drill on almost every finger and hardly put any glue on for the acrylics. The beads they normally put on didn’t cover my whole nail. There is a bump in my pointer finger and my thumb looks like a toe.Service: Manicure

I've had both good and bad service from Friendly nails. Mostly good service. They stay pretty busy, so there's that. They could be a little cleaner. They do not make much effort to communicate, and are sometimes in a hurry. They are very close and convenient for me to use. I can just walk two blocks to get there. I use them fairly regularly or if convenience. I would recommend anyone to give them a try. I wish they were cleaner and a little more friendly. I'm sure their English is not perfect, but they understand more than you realize. Bottom line, they are affordable, convenient, and do a pretty good job.

Nice people. Clean facility. Very Fast service. But when I pay for a pedicure, I want to be able to tell. My heels are still rough and they were too quick with going around toenail cuticles.
