I've been looking online for a late model GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. I found several available at JIMMY BRITT Buick GMC, one in particular I was ready to buy. From there website I requested more information on this vehicle and a copy of the Carfax report, this was late on a Saturday afternoon & they are closed on Sunday. I wanted to drive there from Florida on Monday and secure the deal so I ordered from Carfax a copy of the report so I could review it before leaving early on Monday morning. The truck I was going there to buy had just over 2000 miles on the odometer & looked like a great deal so I wasn't wasting time on making it happen. I paid the thirty some dollars for the report and damn glad I did because it had a "Branded" title. The truck was a factory buy back under the LEMON law. There was not a mention of any Issues on Britt's website or when I called to see if it was still available. They do not offer Carfax or Auto Check in there advertising, that along with extremely low miles on the trucks I browsed sent up red flags so I ordered my own Carfax just to be safe. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH JIMMY BRITT DEALERSHIPS.

Speaking only as to the service department, my experience was less than ideal (or less than even tolerable). I called the service dept prior to my vehicle ('22 Yukon Denali) being towed to the dealership. They instructed me to provide the driver a number where I could be reached to process intake on the vehicle (otherwise I willing to travel with the tow truck to the dealership). About 1 hour after the vehicle arrived at Jimmy Britt GMC service dept, I called the service dept as I had not heard from anyone as of yet. They confirmed receipt of the vehicle, then 20-30 minutes later the same person called and asked if the vehicle was gray (... it is not gray). I provided them the VIN and she (Crystal) stated that she would call back with timing/info on repair. Shockingly, she never called back. About 1:15 later, I called the dealership and asked to speak with a service manager ... they transferred me to what I was told is a service manager (but in fact was another service advisor (Terry, I believe)). They stated that the vehicle was being repaired and they would call back in 15-20 minutes with specifics. I never heard from them (Terry or Crystal), so I finally went to dealership about 1:30 to 2 hours after they were to return the call. The vehicle was still not ready and no one could provide a straight answer. I asked at that time to speak with the manager of the service dept or manager of the location ... no one came to speak with me except the kind receptionist stating that she could not get them to come. Mind you, this was for a simple change of battery. A known issue on certain GM vehicles is that there are current draws that can drain your battery after the vehicle is powered off. Since their service department's next available appt date for electrical diagnostic was 2 weeks out, I opted to do just a battery change and go back to my primary dealer in Atlanta. The sole issues I had with this dealership were that (1) they did not do what they said they would do (... simply return a phone call to provide a status update) and (2) they provided inaccurate (seemingly just "made up") information to get the customer off the phone. To compound things, I was told that they were having "phone issues" that was causing the system to just hang-up on customers waiting on hold ... difficult to believe that. Given my experience there, it would be difficult to ever recommend the dealership to anyone (or at least anyone I liked).

Anthony & Ryan were absolutely amazing from start to finish when we purchased our 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV. They were extremely transparent & made this the easiest and fastest transaction we have ever experienced during a vehicle purchase. We received a fair price for our trade in and were very pleased! Thank you for not wasting our time and making an awesome deal on a beautiful premium vehicle. We will definitely give this group our business again!

Bought a GMC Yukon DENALLI today (6/30/23) from Jimmy Britt Chevrolet GMC Buick which, thanks to Brandon Welch, was the most pleasurable experience I've had in purchasing a new car in my 78 years. A truly no tricks, no schemes, no pressure, totally fair and equitable experience. Quite refreshing !Don Mathis

Not sure what the detailed there is putting on the black trim and tires but one of two things needs to happen, 1, quit using it! I have spent two days trying to clean it off my paint and my rims! Or 2 make sure you keep it on the trim and tires, I’m not sure what it is but it a pain trying to get it off.

We were negotiating for a vehicle we saw on line. Everyone was nice enough when we started out. We arranged to have the car delivered after all that as we live 3+ hours away. Nice drivers brought it right on time. So, what's the problem? We bought an Electric Vehicle that came without a charging cable! This was a 2020 one owner vehicle and should have a factory charging cable. Jimmy Britt was so incompetent that they didn't know about the cable problem until they wanted to charge the vehicle to drive it to my house. A replacement costs $2200. Yep. We are going to recieve $384 to "help" buy a charging cable. The money hasn't arrived yet but the only thing you can get for that price is a cheapo Walmart/Amazon one. We weren't even told about this until the last minute. They wouldn't go half on the new cable or even $500. Yeah it would have taken the profit from this sale but where is the integrity??

Very unprofessional place to do business and the sales people there are very sneaky. Take your business elsewhere if I were you.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give this place -10 Stars I would. Over half of their lot is branded titles that you don't even know about until after the fact as they sell it to you as "an additional manufactory warranty", we took our truck to the Chevy/GMC closer to our home and THEY told us we had a branded title vehicle and would have to take it back where we purchased. THEN after only a year of owning the vehicle they had the audacity to offer us SIGNIFICANTLY less than we purchased a year ago and push that negative equity into a trade at their dealership (and by the way after we were told we are being given "top dollar" and "fair market" for the LEMON THEY SOLD US, they now have listed for a few more thousand). It's the most disgusting business practices I have ever come across. They back you into a corner and force people into poor financial situations.

Called Preston about used car they had listed on web site. He told me they had car in stock and took my phone number. He and his manager called/texted me continuously until I arrived there about 3.5 hours later. I drove 2 hours to see the car. They had a car that cost $10k more pulled out for me to see. Then when I said I wanted to see the car I called about he told me it wasn't running because it needed a new battery!!!! They sure could have told me that in one of the 10-15 texts/calls I got from them!!!!Classic bait and switch! Beware of their unscrupulous selling tactics!!

Unfortunately the experience we endured will be remembered and is oddly unfortunate; however - this will not go unheard. I will not stand for such unprofessionalism in the way that we were treated as this was by far the worst experience we've ever had.Your entire dealership should be embarrassed on it's sub par service, I'll never purchase here again and I will be leaving detailed reviews on Google and Yelp. Ownership of this dealership should be embarrassed.Lazy, unprofessional, rude, and unwelcoming behavior on behalf of your staff Eric, Brad, and Justin. Furthermore, I still have not received my tracking number that was supposed to be sent to me for my registration as promised by Teah.Brad, Eric, and Justin were the most unprofessional people; please re-train them on how to provide customer service because this was clearly not the case.In addition to our experience, I have also sent an email to the CEO of Chevrolet outlining specifics pertaining to our terrible experience - I definitely wouldn't want anyone else to experience what we did.

After listing my car for sale I was contacted by Jason Herald at the dealership. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. He offered me a very fair amount for my car and within a few days he sent his driver over to pickup the car. The driver came with the check-in-hand and all the paperwork necessary to complete the transaction. I was given the check first then signed the 3 documents and then I was done. It was honestly the easiest car buying/selling experience I have ever done and I can't give Jason and Jimmy Britt Chevrolet a higher recommendation. Next time I am in the market to buy or sell a car they will be the first dealership I reach out to.

Had an oil change done here. It was done in under 1 hour and included tire rotation and topping off all fluids and checking my brakes. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. The people were efficient and friendly and the cost was quite reasonable.

Just bought a 20-20 Silverado 3500 from Jimmy Britt Greensboro Georgia. Brandon Welsh did a great job as I am not easy to work with. All of the staff was very friendly. I would and have recommended them to my friends and although they are a good trip away from me I will do business with them again. Thank you guys!

I spoke with the internet sales manager Brandon yesterday about a GMC Sierra and was told to come today that it was being UCI, and that I could come today and buy it. I live almost 2 hours away and we drove there this morning only to receive a text message and a phone call as I drove onto the lot that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I was upset that we had driven 2 hours and now had to drive back 2 hours and not being able to purchase the truck that I was told to come and buy today. Yet I was told well the manager did not let him know that the truck had a deposit on it and that it was sold. I gave Jimmy Britt dealerships a second chance after I was told at the one in Dublin that a Ram 2500 that I had went and looked at and wanted to buy but it had the check engine light on it was to go through the shop and as soon as it was UCI I was to be called and me go and buy it yet they sold it to someone else and again all I get is well I'm sorry. I was told give them a second chance to make things right yet I did and this was the way I was treated. I really don't understand Jimmy Britt dealerships!
