When one of these stores take it to the next level I like to let them know it doesn't go unnoticed. “When I entered the store that evening the floor employees were in the middle of an exercise class in the front of the store . Noone spoke to me so I helped myself. Eventually the exercise class was over but the employees seemed to disappear. I needed help with a ceiling fan but after an hour reading all the boxes, I chose one and got it in my shopping cart. Finally an attractive grey haired lady asked if she could help me. I asked her many questions and she was knowledgeable about the product I had chosen.”
