When we first walked in I was a bit overwhelmed. It’s a huge warehouse building with no fancy frills, however it is well named “Hidden Treasure”. We found a great stool at a reasonable price, but the real treasure was finding out we could order the new furniture we wanted at a GREATLY reduced price! They delivered the leather sofa and recliner today and it is perfect! Eric and his sons were great. Thank you for the wonderful service. We will be back and will tell others about you!!

Hidden Treasures has reasonably priced furniture, some with minor damage but very good deals. I purchased 2 items my first visit & paid for delivery to my residence. The 2 delivery guys accidently knocked a big hole in my wall; positioned the table to hide the damage & left without informing me of the accident. Very upsetting finding a hole in the dry wall.
I made arrangements for Hidden Treasures to sale 2 "Catnapper" powerlift recliners with heat, massage & in very good condition. The recliners had been cleaned but they claimed my recliners were dirty. Hidden Treasures charges 50% for consignment arrangements. Also the recliners were sold for less than what I was asking for them. I returned to ask about the status of my 2 recliners & make a purchase. She said the recliners were on 3 month layaway. I waited 3 months .Never heard from them. I phoned them & was told they never had recliners on consignment. I gave them the info on the recliners, I identified myself also, to which she said they would mail a check to me via USPS. I have waited a reasonable amount of time. I will be going to Hidden Treasures to try to claim what is due me. Their method for doing business is very disorganized. Hard to find reliability in disorganization.

Nice quality furniture however the customer service is awful. I made a purchase on April 19th and was told that I would have to return Thursday, April 21st or Friday April 22nd and I agree to return on April 21st to retrieve my items because there was no one available to load my merchandise on my purchase date. Upon returning I was told that there still was no one available to load but was expected to return in maybe an hour in a half. Well I waiting over 2 hour to no avail after traveling from Jones County on both occasions. The manager then agreed to meet me in Milledgeville at Little River Road the next day. She told me that she would make contact with me between 9:00 am and 10. Again, to no avail. I in return call them at 10:34 am and was told that the guys was loading the truck and she would return my call. Well I waited another hour an fifteen minutes and still didn't receive a call so I called back and was told that the guys was loading up the truck and I would have to meet them at Circle K by the stream plant. No problem, although it was not the original plan. She then said the truck should be there by the time I arrive. Well I arrived at 12:16 pm. and I waited until 12:45pm and decide to called again and get an ETA and was told they're enroute. I then asked if they could be more specific as to how long it would take 20 minutes 30 minutes or what and her reply was Ma'am the only thing I can tell you is they are enroute. She had a very rude and distasteful demeanor which was totally different from at the time of purchase.

Hidden treasures has a variety of furniture you can choose from and if you can't find it on the floor they will order it for you. We got a sofa and love seat from there for $600 but the retail price was $1100 on Ashley furniture store. Great customer service here!

Pretty gross store.They have evolved into selling Lowes and Home Depot returns.I asked some questions about outdoor furniture and got a short kinda rude response.Take my advice and just get furniture at a real furniture store.

We moved my mother in law today to a different retirement home. HTF Moving guys showed up on time, and while taking apart a 6 foot tall two piece desk, they found 2 diamond rings that Mom had squirrelled away on TOP where nobody could see. We weren't present at that time, and they totally could have pocketed them and not told us, but they presented them to my sister in law and informed everyone else that they had done so. Very honest and nice crew. Thank you so much!

BEWARE! I scheduled my move way in advance. They said absolutely nothing about the requirement to pay same day. So, didnt think to take a check with me. Gave them my debit card and license info and told them to run it the following Monday as it was the weekend and had to transfer the money. Thought we were fine. Got home to no less than ten threatening calls and emails that they were issuing a warrant. I took them a check the next day. Now, they refuse to stand by the extra warranty I paid for unless they unload my storage. And they wouldn't take it off my bill either.
