I am a customer from out of town and spent well over $200 in this store. $130 of that being a pair of pants for my husband purchased right before Christmas. I have not been back to visit my mom, who shops in there all of the time and lives in the area, for a month due to COVID related issues in our family and have not made it to a post office being that I’m a teacher and do not get out of school in time. While visiting Lake Oconee for family fun I Googled “best shops Lake Oconee†and Fishtales came up, so it had my curiosity to check it out. So glad I did, loved everything – including what it stands for! Very enjoyable to browse through; the beautiful merchandise and nice selection made it hard to choose favorites. I met the owner while there and she was so welcoming and helpful. Always enjoy patronizing local shops and if I lived there this is a store I would frequent often…I'll be looking forward to going back!
