Friendly staff, very clean, nice atmosphere. The staff was able to fit my mom and me in for an appointment. We did not feel rushed even though they were very busy. This will be our go-to nail salon!

Worst customer service ever! Manager is rude, unapologetic, and only concerned about her regular customers - no business skills, beware! Would not fix smears on french acrylics, told me Tracy is "busy" and "come back". Did not offer to fix it herself, nor apologize, but wanted to inconvenience me again by making me return at her convenience!

Tracy is a great nail technician. However I will never go back because of the rudeness of the owner. Long story but she is so unprofessional and mean!

I've been a long time customer and I can absolutely say that Tracy is a kind and skilled technician. I went today after thinking my appointment was yesterday and the owner told me it was today at 1pm. she had booked another "Susan" in this time slot and offered me time next week, which I cannot do. she became rude and mean. she should have offered an apology and maybe given me a discount on my service . I am very disappointed because she knows me and knows that I have been a loyal customer. I will never go there again because of her bad customer service.

This is now the third time I've walked in and they were busy and on the spot I booked an appointment and when I show up for that appointment, they didn't have it in their books.

Unfortunately this was the most expensive and worst pedicure I’ve ever had! They took no time, did not clean nails out or remove callous’ and gave me a three minute massage. I guess when there is such little competition they get to give horrible service at an outrageous price point. When I confronted the manager, she could care less about my experience.
