This store was a nice place to shop. I enjoyed the displays being inviting and they made me buy more! Good job and the visual appeal! I will be back! Great service and immaculate sore!

If I could give zero stars I would. Consistently AWFUL. Always screw up MD orders and prescription status, refills always complicated...long wait times and...they actually shut down the pharmacy completely in the middle of day to take lunch...as if it were a mom and pop business...not a retail chain pharmacy. Many people only have their lunch breaks to run errands. It is insanity at this pharmacy...and sad thing, I have used CVS in other cities for years with no issue...but for 5 years here at Lake Oconee....consistently bad. Even the MD offices are disgusted with this pharmacy. I called Pubix...will be transferring to them.

The pharmacist is great at listening and making appropriate recommendations for OTC medication. Got me taken care of on my first visit.

Understaffed!!! My prescriptions are supposed to be on auto fill EVERY month I have to call for my inhaler and EVERY month it has to be ordered which takes some times 3 days to come in

Pharmacy hours, closes at 7, not helpful and pharmacist did not say anything about closing when I called at 6:47 and said I was in my way. Having to be sick tonight due to their poor communication.

Don't go to this pharmacy. It's not a staff shortage issue. It's a bad attitude and poor service. Common decency doesn't exist here

switched to cvs from Publix because I thought it would be more convenient since there's a drive-thru and no one is ever there...I was wrong. in roughly 5 visits, not one has gone smoothly or quickly. Multiple times I've been told it would be several more hours for prescriptions that had been called in days before?! switching back to Publix.

I changed to this CVS because it was close to my doctor. My first experience was horrible! I talked to the store manager and he assured me that it was just a fluke. Nope! Second trip … They are just that rude, don’t want to do their job and don’t care. I am now driving all the way to downtown Eatonton after two horrible experiences at this CVS. The store in Eatonton is rundown, but the people in the pharmacy are so nice and helpful! Thirty extra minutes of driving is worth not having to deal with passive aggressive incompetence!
