I came into the store very early probably one of the first customers. No one spoke to me even when I told them good morning. I could not locate the relay I was looking for so I went to the front and ask the gentleman behind the counter and he said if you don’t see it, it’s not here. I guess I won’t say it’s bad service. There was just really no service.

I went to this store late afternoon on Sunday, Mar. 10, 2024. I don’t walk very well, at times, so I called the store to see if someone could possibly come out and help me. I got very lucky because the nicest young man came out and gave to me one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Jaxson L. went into the store 2 times to find what we decided, I needed. I asked if I could give him a cc or debit card to take back in for payment. He told me he hasn’t comfortable being in possession of my card and when I realized I didn’t have enough cash, he put his “own” money down to help me pay. How often does that happen? ALMOST never. BUT, it did happen to me because of this knowledgeable, professional and most of all, compassionate young man. I spoke with manager, Jason B, today and he confirmed my observations about Jaxson. Additionally, Jason was very helpful on the phone.When you have automotive needs or just wanna meet a couple of terrific young guys, stop by AutoZone in G’boro Ga. You will be glad you did.

For Jason to be the store manager, he's very rude and not helpful to the customers. Also, what an exam of leadership and customer service he's displaying to his employees. Please do better, sir, and lead by example.
