“I went to this store late afternoon on Sunday, Mar. 10, 2024. I don’t walk very well, at times, so I called the store to see if someone could possibly come out and help me. I got very lucky because the nicest young man came out and gave to me one of the best customer service experiences of my life. Jaxson L. went into the store 2 times to find what we decided, I needed. I asked if I could give him a cc or debit card to take back in for payment. He told me he hasn’t comfortable being in possession of my card and when I realized I didn’t have enough cash, he put his “own” money down to help me pay. How often does that happen? ALMOST never. BUT, it did happen to me because of this knowledgeable, professional and most of all, compassionate young man. I spoke with manager, Jason B, today and he confirmed my observations about Jaxson. Additionally, Jason was very helpful on the phone.When you have automotive needs or just wanna meet a couple of terrific young guys, stop by AutoZone in G’boro Ga. You will be glad you did.”
