Bad news at the Grayson Ga location today. New staff just sitting around on their phones. No one at pay station. No towels. Waited 10 minutes on towels. New staff needs to be fired!!

I went to zips in October of 2023 and they were doing a one month promo. Where you paid $10 and got a month of unlimited washes. Or at least that was I wad told. UNTIL I recently learned it was actually a membership that I didn't want and it has been costing me $45 a month for something I never used, never wanted and never signed up for. They have now scammed me of 450 dollars. I am beyond pissed.
