These people are racist and you will be treated differently based on your skin color. I stood in line for fifteen minutes and the young lady gave me a hard time cashing a thirty five hundred dollar check. I'm done with wells fargo.

Went into the branch around 4:20 PM to open am account for my 13 year old. I was callously told it takes 45 minutes to open an account and they can’t start the process because they close at 5PM. I told her I was in a rush and I would wait. The lady asked the gentleman representative who stepped out of his office, and without even making eye contact, he said no.I then drove to the Loganville location because I just couldn’t believe what I was told. By the time I got to Loganville it was around 4:35 PM. I received a friendly greeting and was told they don’t start the process to open new accounts after 4:15 PM. The banks representative then interacted with my 13-year-old son asked him if he was excited to open his account, went through some account, safety items, and told him he would be able to have his card on his phone. She then scheduled an appointment for me to come back with my son to open the account.Neither locations were able to help me that day, but the customer service and the care I received in Loganville is far from what I received in Grayson. Grayson staff should be ashamed.

Their ATMs weren't accepting cash deposits, so I had to go in. It took them about 40 minutes to get through the 3 people in front of me, one of which was finishing up when I got there. So, apparently, a cashiers check and getting someone change takes 40 minutes here. There were 4 people behind the counter. 1 up front, 1 drive through, 1 sort of helping the person up front, but literally left the building half way through, and the last one, no clue what she was doing, but when I finally left the building, she was in the parking lot playing on her phone and smoking. I was literally at the counter for less than 2 minutes, and wouldn't have had to be there at all if their dang ATMs were accepting cash, which they rarely are. I'm not even mad at the girl at the counter. She was doing her best, and you could tell that. And the drive through person was busy. The other 2? Do better.

Wells Fargo complaint service is horrible. They ruin people credit report if you take a loan from them. Wells Fargo is a dishonest company with policies made to charge extra interest rate and fees from people. Don’t trust Wells Fargo!!Wellsfargo never updated my address change despite having a email confirmation that my mailing address was updated. All information regarding my accounts were mailed to old addresses.this company is a scam. Imagine doing this to millions of Americans and thousands of Americans. If they scam 1 million people out of $3 they will make 3 millions free.I amRemoving my money and changing banks

if i was yall dont ever bank with wells fargo they will keep overdrafting your account just to take your money. Even if your in the negatives they still will charge youre account for no reason making the problem. None of the staff are willing to even let you speak your mind so you can say goodbye to your 1st right when you call them

Rashada and Ranita are Awesome!!!!! Ranita researched a cashiers check for me that i had no idea of the year or month nor the amount i just knew it was between 2015 through 2017 .Rashada which was Ranitas mentor got Ranita started on reasearching the check while she was helping another customer and checking on us through out the process.Ranita was so patient and kind , i was amazed by her attitude she really and truly wowed me. As soon as Rashada finished with her customer she jumped in and started reasearching also with the most upbeat and sweet personality i was in shock!!!These 2 Define AMAZING and they both EXCEED EXPECTATIONS on EVERYTHING they did !!!😀 YOU LADYS DONT UNDERSTAND HOW HAPPY YOU MADE ME TODAY I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW, LADYS YOU TRULY ,ROCK!!!!!!

It's ok. Half the time when I got to talk to someone, they're helpful and the other half the time they are not. The black lady is awesome. I forgot her name. I think it begins with a e. And the branch manager, who is white is awesome too. The ATMs are alot better than used to be and what I like about Grayson is they have two drive thru ATMs. The tellers are always se
