This pharmacy “manager” was rude to myself and my doctor as we’re trying to fill my thyroid medication while I’m in town taking care of a sick parent for three months. They refused to accept a faxed hard copy script, which complies with GA law. They said my doctor has to call and when she did the “manager” grilled her on her qualifications to prescribe. She is a decorated physician, INFINITELY more qualified than you are, likely a DEI hire. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs, considering they treat thyroid patients AND their doctors like they’re trying to get opioids or something. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I have been living in Grayson 7 years and giving this location pharmacy chance after chance when the services were horrible. I was told my prescription could not be filled until July 3rd, but when I picked up the prescription the label had fill date of June 27th. When I asked about the date, I was told they print the label the date the script is received from the dr, which makes no sense and is very misleading when I was told I could not pick it up until July 3rd. I will be taking this further but I'm sure this is being done to their advantage, which is confusing the customers.

We were greeted with a friendly welcome from the cashier as soon as we walked in. I then asked her where I may find compression socks for my son's ankle. Not only did she tell me which aisle, she immediately escorted us to them and even double checked to make sure we had the right size. I could not believe how pleasant and helpful she was. She is a true gem and Walgreens is sure lucky to have her for an employee.

Absolutely abysmal service from this location, as usual. I have been filling my prescriptions here for over a year and usually deal with orders not being ready when notified that they are. Today was the worst experience of them all. I dropped a prescription off on Friday and wasn’t told it was unavailable until I went to pick it up the next day. Then when I asked for the prescription back I was told they could not give me this type of prescription back or transfer it to another pharmacy. I didn’t even understand how that was legally possible. I have to wait all the way until Monday evening for my medication to become available and then they tell me they don’t have the generic only the name brand. Increasing the cost from $100 to $400. Absolutely horrific experience from a company that holds the keys to people’s livelihoods with life-saving medication.

Worst location ever. The pharmacy techs are rude. It’s an issue every single time I have to visit. If there was another location close by I’d definitely visit them instead.

Good pharmacy with a variety of both over the counter medicine and vitamins. This particular location was clean and staff was friendly and attentive. Could use a little bit of cleaning / re painting of the outside building but overall everything was as you’d expect from your local pharmacy.

Grayson’s Walgreens is generally very good, but the pharmacy could do better. Mediocre pharmacy customer service pulls this review down from 5 to 3 stars.

8/19/23 my parents went into the store at 9:30 to get 39 doordash items. While in the store there was 1 other doordasher and a few other customers. Exactly at 10 the cashier yells at everyone that they are closed and need to put their items back because they are not checking anyone out anymore. The other dasher said "you have to put them back" because he already had a buggy full and was heading to the check out when the guy made his announcement. This is just poor professionalism. There is no reason why the cashier couldn't just check everyone out and call it a night. If it was a super big deal then he could have announced at 9:45 to come to the register to check out.

I have been coming to this location to pick up prescriptions but today will be my last time. I was standing here waiting for about 5 minutes with two ladies employees going through prescriptions right in front of me not acknowledging my service. No greeting whatsoever. Then another employee walks through the side entry door and still no greeting. One of the first ladies looked at me finally and gave me a smirk then continued on with what she was doing. The pharmacist came in front of the counter and said nothing but he may have thought I had already been greeted. After about 5 minutes of waiting the lady that came in the door had finally greeted me and took my service. I will considered going to another pharmacy company.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you count all of your pills from the pharmacy. I make a habit of counting my pills when I do the 90 days refill. Several times I have been short 2, 3 and even 6 pills per prescription. Medicine is expensive so I want every pill. They need to do better and I mean the entire pharmacy. Only use this one because it is minutes from my house. Anyone else experience this issue?

Cashier's need more training in pharmacy!!!! Too much bittering from Hispanic cashier!!! Store manager on 1/30/23, need more training!!! I experience bad customer service!!!! I will not shop their anymore!!!! Pharmacist and front Cashier had best customer that day!!!!!
