“We had to say “good-bye” to our Harley boy this past Wednesday. Dr. Harris helped us fight Harley’s battle with Mass Cell Tumors on one of his legs and helped us with his palliative care once it turned into lymphoma. Dr Harris was gentle, kind, compassionate and always would respond even when we would text him on the weekends with concerns. Wednesday was a very hard day for our family of five. “I recently brought my adopted dog, Ruby, in to be spayed. It was her first time being away from me and I was worried. But the staff was so kind and reassuring on the phone before her surgery and also on the day we arrived.
The facility is so nice and clean and the staff is amazing and very knowledgeable.
They are extremely professional and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and am so grateful for their dedication to the animals and for offering affordable pet care to those of us who need it.

“I LOVE this veterinary practice! They are incredibly accommodating to both pets and owners! They truly just saved the day for me, I noticed a bump on my cat’s shoulder that turned out to be an abscess that needed to be drained. With a vacation coming up, I was so stressed until they offered to board him! Gave me so much peace of mind knowing he will be in great care while I’m away and cheaper than the place I was originally planning on boarding him. Can’t thank them enough!”

“These folks found our very long lost missing cat. We live in Marietta and somehow she got clear here. It’s been a little over a year since we last seen her. I’ve had her since hurricane irma when I found her and her kittens we lived on the beach then. After that ordeal I got her spayed and eventually we moved from the beach in Florida to here in Georgia. She’s always been a bit feral and has a taste for being outside and she goes in and out of the home. She can’t be contained inside. She one day just never came home and we looked and searched for her for several months. I figured that we would likely never find her and she had found a new home. Fast forward we got a message she was at the animal clinic here. They held her for us and we drove and got her back home. We have her adjusting in a quiet room for a bit until she’s let out. Hopefully she doesn’t decide to ever go on an adventure like that again. lol she’s had quite the adventures from us finding her in the storm to this. Thank you they even stayed late due to traffic to get her to us. My teen daughter is thrilled to see her again.”

“This is one of the best vets I have ever visited. They take the time to listen to everything about my pet even if it’s a mild behavior problem that really doesn’t have anything to do with his health. If you can’t afford every single thing that they recommend, they will take the time and talk to you about what is most important and work with you to get the bill down to something you can afford while keeping your pet healthy and safe. They even recommended that my friend take her dog to another vet when it got to the point that they had exhausted their capability to care for him. They call the day after my dog has a vaccine just to make sure he’s OK even though he’s never had a negative reaction. They do everything they can keep my pets safe and healthy. It’s very clear that every single person in that building loves my dog (my cat is MEAN and they love her too) and wants the best for him. I absolutely adore Dr. Evan’s but would have no issue with my pets being seen by anyone at Russell Ridge.”

“Not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I’ve brought in 2 of my dogs to Paradox ever since we moved nearby earlier this year. So thankful to have a reliable facility like this in the area that not only gets the job done but also maintains incredibly reasonable prices. They are a smaller facility so you have to be patient and mindful. I’ve worked at a vet’s clinic before and it’s not what I would consider a walk in the park. The staff at Paradox are phenomenal, compassionate, and experienced at what they do. My dogs never bothered with their incisions nor had any kind of complications related to surgery after their procedure. They call throughout the day for questions and updates regarding your pet. I highly, highly recommend coming to Paradox and supporting their cause of controlling pet overpopulation!”

“Everyone was very nice and went above and beyond for my Lily. We had no idea what was wrong with her as she had been completely inactive, which is not at all normal for a half chihuahua mix. She had no interests in anything. She did continue to eat and go potty normally so we were confused. They checked her out for us and Dr. Osbourne found she had tweaked her lower back and was in a lot of pain. So now we’re definitely getting better with the medications she prescribed. Going back in about two weeks for them to see the real Lily!”

“Genuinely enjoy coming to this vet. I have taken my cat, Oliver, here twice now. First was for an abscess/antibiotics, second was for a follow up/vaccines. The staff here is amazing, Dr. Bradley does an amazing job at recruiting great staff members who are compassionate and caring. The staff always handles my baby with care. Additionally, the young lady at the front desk is also very responsive, organized and sharp.
Dr. Bradley is incredible, I love that she mentors young staff and she treats her patients with TLC. I also want to point out that the clinic is fairly priced, and I am confident in having them as Oliver’s primary vet. Best animal clinic in South Gwinnett in my experience.”
