Twice this month my packages have delivered to someone else in my neighborhood.Last month and the month prior, someone else package was delivered to me.This post office has serious issues regarding attention to detail when delivering packages.

A PKG I was told had an insufficient address and was sent back to sender was at the post office after all and an apology was made for all the mess I had been thru.

For what its worth the location serviced a much smaller population at one point and is being tested at this point, take that into account. I say it services what it can at certain levels given circumstances throughout the day. Shout out to Henry, best customer service!

I mailed some bills at the Grayson PO on the 3/1 and as of today not one has reached its destination. When I went to inquire about this on 3/8 the supervisor told me they were relocating distribution centers and all the mail is now backed up. So the PO does one thing, delivery, & they didn't prepare for such an event? It's just my "tough luck". I then asked him what I was supposed to do about my missing mail? His response "starting paying all your bills on line".They obviously DO NOT CARE. I'm officially done with the USPS.

People have a tendency to leave harsh ratings due to one bad experience but those same people never leave a good rating for many positive experiences. I rarely have to mail things but whenever I do I come here. I’ve only ever had Henry assist me and he is always fast, has a good attitude and is pleasant to deal with. Thank you all for servicing us!

This is a quick and friendly location just off the main highway. I have always had a good experience here. Sometimes there is a line during lunch time but it moves along pretty well.

Went here on a Friday and the service was A1. The two black male clerks got us all in and out. They had multiple service as going on at once: money orders, priority mail orders, postbox issues and they handled all very professionally and efficiently. Even though there was a Libra they made sure to greet all customers entering and made I contact. Great job gentlemen.

I am forever being told that I should receive a specific piece of Mail…Medicare card, drivers license, bills…they never show up. Get off of your phone and pay attention to your job.

I waited over 30 minutes for the USPS to tell me they can't print a USPS label that I would have to leave then come back. I asked the fella if that means I'd have to wait back in line which he replied yes....I have a healing broken foot so he doesn't know I was already in a lot of pain patiently waiting but I just ended up shipping my item with the UPS store (about 5 minute wait) that was able to print the labels needed. If he had help at the front counter the first wait wouldn't have taken so long and I may have returned, but not when you have 1 fella working it by himself and he can't even do the service I needed...the post office needs to do better. I thought Loganville was bad, but at least they have 2 ppl when I go and it's Christmas season so they should have ppl helping him....last time I skip Loganville office to come to the Grayson store.

The driver delivering the mail drives through our neighborhood as if they are late to something everyday almost running over people and children and always putting mail in the wrong mailbox. I am so tired of not receiving important pieces of mail!!

Outstanding customer service! Small town that is growing and I would like them to add a self checkout but you I set up an online account. Small office but the team works really well to service each customer as quickly as possible and not make you feel rushed.

I normally don’t do this but I have to share this experience every time I go to this location whenever I am inquiring or asking for additional supplies not a whole lot just a very minimum to help me to continue shipping my items until I get my order in. This location never ever have additional supplies they are very protective I don’t feel that they’re truthful when I’m asking for additional supplies. I have gone to other locations and do not even experience this type of experience at all I am seriously considering going to a different location because of the customer experience I receive every time I go to this location it is very disappointing to hear they never have any additional supplies for example tape envelopes they’re always saying no we don’t have them. What kind of post office is this where the employees feel that the supplies are theirs and not the customers.

The delivery service at this Post Office is the worst I have ever had in my life. They delivery my mail to the wrong address ongoing or they lie about delivering packages to me. Postal Inspectors need to run a investigation as to what is going on at this Post Office!

The young black girl that works at this location was rude and very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend going inside this location unless you don’t have any closer options.
