This place used to be nice. Now it’s not. Very poor customer service. Employees seem to not care. Their cart is always sitting full of packages so customers can’t use it. Most UPS stores in the area have went down hill.

I had a small, somewhat heavy fridge to return to Amazon. I also had another slightly heavy box to return. Christian got the fridge out of my car for me & carried it into the store.
I'd parked directly in front of the UPS Store. I hadn't asked Christian to also help me with the other box in my car, but he went back to my car to bring it inside the store as well. He then printed my labels for me (Had to show me how to send the labels to the UPS email). He was so kind & helpful. It turned out that the label was for FedEx instead, but he put the label on the box anyway, then Regina stepped in, because the label for inside the box hadn't been placed inside (required), as the customer helping me re-box the fridge (Carlos) & I had taped it up. (SO VERY KIND of Carlos, as I couldn't have done it by myself). Regina slit the box open on top & slid the label inside, the taped it back for me. I was going to get something out of my car, but it wouldn't open. I thought it was a dead battery in my car's key fob, so Christian continued to work on my packages while I went to Kroger to buy a new battery. There were 2 ladies (customers in the UPS Store) who saw me having trouble with my key fob. They helped me with it & after I returned to my car, from Kroger, they both came to my car to help further, as the car still wouldn't start. One suggested it might be my car battery, so I went back inside, not knowing what to do. Regina came to my rescue! She called the Goodyear store, in same parking lot, to come give me a jumpstart, in case the battery was the issue. When I asked how much I owed, she waved her hands and shook her head, meaning she had so much compassion for all I was going through that she waived the charge for printing the labels. Because Regina called Goodyear, they sent an awesome guy, Spencer, who not only did a jumpstart, but he went inside the UPS Store & got my fridge, put it back into my car, so I could take it to FedEx. I ended up with a new battery & he did so many other helpful things with my car, without charging me. Though the situation was terrible, the kindnesses I received were just blessing after blessing, with so many coming to my aid. I am CERTAIN that Jesus & Holy Spirit were working within each individual who came to help me in SO MANY WAYS! I feel so blessed, even after a $275 battery & all the stress, which has now melted away & I am so grateful to Regina & Christian (UPS Store)! If Regina had not reached out to Goodyear (awesome too), I may still be there, stranded & it could have cost way more than it did & may have involved so much more difficulty ( possible towing, etc.) I didnt know what to do. So, a great BIG THANK YOU TO GOD, to Regina, Christian, Carlos (reboxing help), Spencer & Christy (Goodyear) & to those who also helped me, whose names I do not know. May God's richest blessings be poured out on each & every one of them! Praise be to God!

Top notch customer service. They recently spent over an hour helping me resolve an issue with a UPS processing center. Definitely above and beyond the call of duty. Shanelle and the team here is the absolute best!

Went for couple of things to drop off and one shipment, Sabrina helped me to set all docs she is very helpful and kind to customers. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

By far my favorite UPS location. The employees are all polite, personable, and professional. They explained details of the various options and they moved quickly. I actually travel a bit further to go to this location and it’s worth it!

I always come to this location for drop offs and today I was in major need of some assistance. Although I the issue I requested there assistance with was very time consuming, Trey and Sabrina were very patient and very kind. They truly came through for a girl in need. Extremely grateful for their help!!! ?

I paid for printing services online to be printed at this store. The owner/manager, VERY LOUDLY, said "Oh no...we don't do that! Every time someone pays online we don't get the money!" I showed her my confirmation email and she said she doesn't see my order in her system. I asked her, well who has my money if UPS doesn't. She said, I don't know...so, I need to call my credit card company and get my money back. But, insisted I pay for my copies, again...all while continuously saying, I don't know but we don't do that! It was as if I did something wrong when all I did was utilize a convenient service offered by UPS.It was the unprofessionalism that I cannot get over. This store is closest to my home but I will never step foot in there again. Every business has issues here and there, but you never make your business problems the customers problem.
