I to my 2008 Nissan Titan to them based on the outstanding reviews to have my transmission rebuilt (275,000 miles), then several months later had an issue resulting from a leak and my overfilling the transmission. They fixed the issue and went beyond to make sure that I would not have it again. Most say they help with warranty issues, but Hi-Tech truly cares about the customer and does everything they can not only to fix the original problem, but to fix any issues that come up even if it was partially the customer's fault! “I’ve had Tom @ TNT service my wife’s vans. One van had an issue and he told me to have my mechanic address the issue and see if it cleared the transmission issue. Did it and it fixed it. My 93 Chevy K2500 4L80 was acting crazy so I had him look at it. He checked and diagnosed it for a month even did some extra. He finally said that it was something electrical because it was kicking codes and he fixed one and another would appear. If we fix the electrical he could determine if it was actually mechanical. I replaced the 30 year old distributor and it fixed the issue.”

“I’ll tell you one thing about this shop. These guys DO NOT quit until you are fully satisfied. I had a warranty job I needed these guys to handle and they have exceeded expectations. I took my 2018 white Chevy Silverado in to have it checked as I know these transmissions tend to go out. I got a clean bill of health on the transmission but they found a stuck valve in oil pump. No problem. It’s under warranty and even if it wasn’t these guys are so very willing to work with you. This is one of the few honest shops that does everything the right way and by the book. I’m a mechanic myself so I know what to look for and I’m familiar with all processes and these guys take ZERO short cuts. I know I’m not the easiest to work with I have my own shops and I don’t have the ability to leave my truck for an extended period of time or else my shop stays closed and I lose revenue. These guys opened up on a Saturday to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied so I could return to work Monday. Do not go anywhere else. If you have the option to choose Frankys DO IT. I don’t trust anyone with my vehicles but I’m happy I can no longer say that. And a special shout out to the owner Gabriel. So professional, kind, thorough. I’m glad someone is out here doing it right. Good job guys!!!!”

“I came for the first time to this place for an oil change and fuel injection cleaning and I was in and out in less than an hour. Good experience after doing maintenance only at Toyota dealerships around Georgia for 5 years where you can spend 4 hours just for an oil change (yes, I went to all the Toyota dealerships in Georgia during the regular maintenance under toyota warranty). I will definitely come back to perform my future maintenance at this location. Matt Miller the manager is very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly.
