“I called a lot of places and many transmissions places where going hold my van for 7 to 20 days and I called and spoke to Joseph got a quote he said my van was at dealership waiting for an update to repair the my work Van.
Joepsh said he can have it towed for same price included in quote.
They pick up same day and had my van ready in 3 I was amazed by quick turn around and customer service these guys are great!”

I to my 2008 Nissan Titan to them based on the outstanding reviews to have my transmission rebuilt (275,000 miles), then several months later had an issue resulting from a leak and my overfilling the transmission. They fixed the issue and went beyond to make sure that I would not have it again. Most say they help with warranty issues, but Hi-Tech truly cares about the customer and does everything they can not only to fix the original problem, but to fix any issues that come up even if it was partially the customer's fault! I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”

I am a 30 yr heavy duty tractor trailer mechanic and impressing me isnt easily done but the people here managed to do it. “I’ll tell you one thing about this shop. These guys DO NOT quit until you are fully satisfied. I had a warranty job I needed these guys to handle and they have exceeded expectations. I took my 2018 white Chevy Silverado in to have it checked as I know these transmissions tend to go out. I got a clean bill of health on the transmission but they found a stuck valve in oil pump. No problem. It’s under warranty and even if it wasn’t these guys are so very willing to work with you. This is one of the few honest shops that does everything the right way and by the book. I’m a mechanic myself so I know what to look for and I’m familiar with all processes and these guys take ZERO short cuts. I know I’m not the easiest to work with I have my own shops and I don’t have the ability to leave my truck for an extended period of time or else my shop stays closed and I lose revenue. These guys opened up on a Saturday to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied so I could return to work Monday. Do not go anywhere else. If you have the option to choose Frankys DO IT. I don’t trust anyone with my vehicles but I’m happy I can no longer say that. And a special shout out to the owner Gabriel. So professional, kind, thorough. I’m glad someone is out here doing it right. Good job guys!!!!”

I had to get a whole new engine, but Roderick took me to buy my engine personally and had my jeep ready within 2 days after receiving the engine.
