“Super honest review time!This is my first time posting a review and it’s also my first time shipping items internationally. I was super nervous about it and I had done research prior but I was still unsure so instead of printing shipping labels online I decided to go to a store in person. I rushed here after work and pretty much made it there almost at closing time. Even still, the gentleman at the desk (forgot to get his name!) was incredibly attentive from the moment I walked in. He patiently explained the whole process to me, answered literally every question and concern I had, and even gave me extra information about customs and other things that would be out of his hands. He figuratively held my hand through the entire process and made sure I had all the info I needed. He even took the time to make sure with me that all the information I provided was correct and that there were no mistakes!I realize this was probably a minor event and probably an every day task for the store, but to me it was a big deal because I was sending an important birthday present and I wanted to make sure I did everything right. So the kindness and attentiveness was highly appreciatedSo anyway! If you want speedy but thorough service, I highly recommend this place!! It will probably be my go to place for all my shipping needs.Oh and last thing, the store is located in one of those little gas station buildings, but don’t let that scare you off like it almost did me. It’s a decent area and the store was perfectly clean and organized with clear signs.Happy shipping!!”

Every time I come in during business hours the employee that I see always has good energy and takes care of whatever questions or needs that I have. “I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.”

It was a huge set of 80+ pieces, priceless and irreplaceable. Ashley and the other employee there packed it with extreme care, and not a single item got broken. “I visited this store because of the surly attitude I endured at your Johns Creek, GA location. I went in there to make the same print order but the person helping me was short, seemed agitated by my need to make a single 'test' print before needing to make adjustments. I went back today to the Johns Creek location and was told I would need to come back after lunch as there was only one person working. That is when I left to go to your location on 3370 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suwanee, GA. Thanks to team member Aniya, my experience was stellar! By informing us of the most appropriate and cheapest shipping method depending on the type of luggage, we were able to send quite a lot of luggage to Korea easily, quickly, and inexpensively. It was also nice to provide a link that allows you to check the location and status of your luggage in real time.It was a good choice to drop by JOA Express when I almost completed my overseas training in Atlanta. They showed me the best and cheapest ways of sending household goods back to Korea by the types of goods. In addition, they gave me a web-link to track my packages. I could easily check where my boxes are real time.”
