“I have never had a bad experience at this post office and I go here frequently like twice a week bc I do Poshmark. There are three postal officers that ware so patent, nice and kind. One is black and she wears glasses and has a fye bob. She loves purple bc that’s what’s all over her station in the middle but she is so sweet and graceful even when dealing with rude customers and they get a lot of those. Then there’s a white lady thats at the far end, she’s the manager I think but she handles all situations with patience and has an amazing smile. Then there’s the old white man that keeps the conversation going as we wait in line. He always has a smile and some tape if you need it lol. This post office does an excellent job and keeps the commotion and line moving within their post office. The representatives work well together and most definitely in-sync.”

I would also like to add that this location was very clean and spacious, with lots of parking spaces! I shall not hesitate to visit again in the future!”
“I've been to several locations to ship my eBay shipments. This one is by far the best location for scan in times. Whether you put it in the Dropbox outside or drop it off at the window you're going to get scanned according to their schedule. Other locations I've gone to I don't see any scans appear for over 24 plus hours. At the front counter the workers have been helpful and able to answer any questions I have quickly. I'm always confident that this location will take care of my needs.”

“So I'm about a month late posting this but my family and I had an unexpectedly GREAT time at the Loganville post office! We went to get family passports and while waiting, I mentioned to my husband that the dim lights would drive me crazy if I worked there. Once we stepped into the passport room, Ms. Elizabeth (I believe that was her name) brightened our day!!! You can tell she truly loves what she does. She was very detailed in ensuring proper completion of the passports. However, the attention she gave to my 6 year old daughter and 11 year old son is something they will never forget! She made a boring process fun! We left the room laughing and smiling. Now my kids will probably think the post office is a fun place! LOL Kudos to Elizabeth!!!”
“I've always had nothing but excellent customer service from the people behind the counter. They work very hard and there is always a line of people. I can't imagine how hard it is to do this job. For those that had "bad" service, maybe you should look in the mirror if you want to know why you thought it was less than satisfactory. A kind word or two and some empathy for their situation goes a long way. Remember, you don't attract bees with vinegar.”
