When the prescription was sent to the pharmacy, I called the pharmacy in Grayson and asked them if they would text message me or call me when the prescription was ready so I can pick it up for my daughter, and they said yes. No call or message. When I went up there to get the prescription, they were closed for lunch, so I waited around. The girl that checked me out was very rude for no reason. I didn’t even ask why they didn’t text me that the prescription was ready. I’ve never experienced such unhappy people at a pharmacy before.

Have tried unsuccessfully to pick up same prescription 3 times. Each time I called ahead of time to be sure it would be there. Try number 4, today, still not successful. It's a vital medicine, but no one I've spoken to at Kroger cares.

Approximately 2:35 pm today, I had an encounter with a black lady at the drive through today, I am sure she is new because I have never seen her there before. That lady is the most disrespectful, mean and careless person I have met in Kroger Pharmacy anywhere. She lacks empathy and the common sense ethics in customer services. Her behavior is injurious to the Kroger brand. Unfortunately, I can’t remember her name but my receipt indicates cashier as floater pharmacy! Her attitude was unbelievable and simply unprofessional. All I ask was why my prescription went from $2 to $9, and she displayed and projected an attitude that was clearly inimical to her job expectations.

Connie, the young pharmacist with black curly hair, is one of the most rude people i’ve ever encountered. I’ve come to this pharmacy for 10+ years and in the ten minutes i was in the pharmacy drive thru, she laughed at me, rolled her eyes, and scoffed. I was nothing but nice and polite and I will not be returning thanks to Connie.

I stopped getting my prescriptions filled here because there is always an extremely long line that exceeds 15 minutes.

Sat in drive thru line for 15 mins to pick up a prescription. As soon as I pull up to the window…closed. Waste of my time and lunch. Also causes me to have to make another trip.

Customer service is horrible I called earlier to have them pull my prescription to transfer the lady who answered was very rude saying she couldn’t find it. She then found it and said it would be ready in two hours. Upon arrival the the staff member barely acknowledged me didn’t ask if I had a Kroger card and most importantly didn’t ask if I had any questions about my prescription. As a medical front office manager this is very unprofessional there is a lot of patients that do not understand fully when the doctor writes a prescription so for your staff to not ask seems very irresponsible. I usually don’t do these reviews but this beyond horrible service. The Kroger on Rosebud road they know how to hire and how to have staff that actually cares about their customers.

Terrible. They have lost or not filled several of my prescriptions now. Baffles me how they can lose a paper prescription for Adderall and fill the other prescriptions handed to them and then they tell me my doctor can send them the prescription electronically......umm.... No.... Not controlled drugs they can't. You'd think a pharmacy would know that. Now I have to go back to my doctor's office again to pick up another paper prescription but I guarantee I'm not taking it back there. This isn't the first time. They also have told me my prescriptions would be ready and then they aren't but tell me they should be filled the next day. 5 days later I request for them to cancel because my sanitizers still aren't filled and send it to another Kroger that does have the medication for sure and they cancelled a prescription they had actually already filled that was ready for pickup so then I didn't have that medication either and left the one they couldn't fill still pending so the other Kroger couldn't fill it either. I am DONE with this Kroger.

It really sad to see how this Kroger has gone down hill over the years. We have shopped here since it opened and now its a place we shop only when we have to. I recently had to shop around prescriptions at the Pharmacy due insurance coverage and when moving this one script over the staff treated me as a disruption vs a valued customers. Maybe it was due to their work load or stress or maybe it was because I interrupted all the fun they seemed to be having when I needed some assistance and had questions.

Stopped in to grab ground beef for burgers tonight. Walked by meat/seafood case and it was STOCKED AND BEAUTIFUL. Bought Ahi Tuna steaks, bay scallops, and cheddar/bacon patties. THE LOOK SOLD ME walking by it. The guy behind the counter was amazingly helpful and friendly. This is NOT the closest Kroger to my house, but I SHOP HERE. The Kroger in Lawrenceville on Grayson Hwy is a lost cause dumpster fire. 10/17/21 about 11AM

In spite of the store managements opposition to wearing masks, the pharmacy staff stands strong everyday, and continues to wear masks 100% of the time. It is nice to know that some off Kroger employees actually care about us customers. I am proud to give this pharmacy all of my family business. I wish Kroger corporate would return to mask mandates and step up and MANDATE VACCINES for all employees.
