The "Tax expert" made a $24,000 over charge when charging my credit card. Never acknowledged her mistake. Never apologized. When I went the next morning t get help NO ONE in the Grayson GA office had a clue on what to do like this was the first ever Block mistake. Very disappointed in the branch for their lack of assistance. Didn't reply to e-mails (Joy and TJ) and didn't reply to text. RUN not walk to another branch.

Nathalie Majer,Was our tax professional, she went above and beyond our expectations her friendly and delightful attitude made doing taxes not feel like torture. If it hasn't already been done, she definitely deserves a raise !!!

Usually there are 3 to 4 tax preparers on site on Feb.1st. this year, only one employee at the building to do everything. H&R significantly cutting back on staff, thus quality focus to the taxpayer suffers.

One star is NOT enough. I would rather give them 0 stars. I had such a BAD experience here! They messed up my taxes last year and I came back for this year's taxes with TJ and I knew something was up with they were doing my taxes. I got such a small amount of money guaranteed for this year's taxes. I went to Jacskon Hewitt for a second opinion and got a WHOLE different amount than what H&R block guaranteed. I was so furious because if I did not pull myself out in time, I would have been cheated on and stuck with a false amount of money. I am warning everyone! Be careful! The front desk lady was ALSO VERY RUDE. BE CAREFUL
