They need 5 days to clean a dress shirt, use to be two days. They did a very poor job hemming my pants, and also put a burn in them when cleaning.

Went there today to inquire about alterations- The lady's attitude was trash from the moment I GREETED her. I had to ask her if she was okay. Nonetheless, she said she couldn't alter a swimsuit and walked away. Never will give them my business.

This establishment has horrible customer service and do not own up to there mistakes. After taking in two pair of pants for alterations. They gave one pair to another customer. I had to wait a week for them to locate one pair. One pair of pants had a 4”hem instead of 2”. They then argued about the replacement price of the pants which are discontinued. They would not reclean the pair that was in someone’s home for a week maybe even worn, and would not refund the fee for the incorrect alteration. I truly paid money to find out where not to go for service.

They are not friendly nor are they reliable. They iron and wash clothes but would not let us know how much they charge. In fact when the young employee was going to say something to us, the older woman yelled at her in Korean not to say anything. They are too expensive.

Husband has been going here for years. I took his clothes to another cleaners and they were ruined. So stick to these cleaners, price is right, clothes come out just like you purchased them , he has a pair of pants more that 6 years old and this place has them looking like they were just purchased.

HORRIBLE service and very nasty & condescending attitude by the owners and employees. They will arbitrarily decline the "same-day service" whenever they feel like it, even though their sign states same-day as long as the items are dropped off by 9am. The last time I was in there the owner told me "no same-day on Thursday", but my husband was also told that on a couple of occasions on a Friday?!?! Do yourself a favor & find another dry cleaner.
