“All employees are super helpful. They always make sure you find everything you need. I wear and have to carry an oxygen tank and they went the extra mile to help me get through everything I needed and helped me get my things in my car. Much, much more helpful than some other big chain grocery stores whose names I won't mention. Their deli and bakery is always phenomenal, also.”
“This is my favorite grocery store. Nice selection of organic and they often have deals on food items I buy regularly. If you use the app you also get great discounts pretty regularly. As of recently I noticed that some of my favorite sprouts brand items have been missing like chicken broth and pretzels, but usually they eventually come back in stock (I hope). The staff is overall very nice, friendly, and helpful as well.”
“I have begun to love Aldi. I never really have issues the days I go, besides for long lines. Usually other customers are super nice. A few times people let me have their shopping cart. Employees are friendly when I'm checking out. I don't really need help when shopping so I cannot comment on friendliness/knowledgeable, but there usually is someone who is at cashier and someone else stocking. Parking lot can get quite busy.”

“This is a well laid out store! They have everything I ever need and lots of things I can't find in my neighborhood Publix. Shopped on Friday around noon (after a doctor's appt nearby) and it wasn't overly crowded. The staff are very polite and helpful. I walk with a cane and someone always asks if they can help me get something or take my groceries out to my car. Those little things bring me back!”

“Publix is my favorite place to shop. I was living in Hollywood Beach Florida working for Publix Supermarkets, started in the Meat Department in 1991.
In 1993 my husband worked for the Miami Warehouse since 1978. We were asked to move to Georgia to work and start a new life in a different state. So we had a moving company paid by Publix Supermarkets to move everything we owned up and put our things in storage until we found us a house.
Our hotel's were also paid by Publix.
It took us a bit to find a home but when we did the moving company delivered our things to the new house.
He went to the half finished Warehouse to work as for myself I went to work at the Publix in stone mountain off of Rock bridge and Deshon. I worked in several stores throughout my years working for Publix in every department through the stores. Loved my job and in 2008 I had to retire from a disability. I still shop at Publix because it's the best employer owned company to work for.”

The managers attitude overall was understanding and emphatic . They were very proactive and professional. The problem ended up getting solved. Hands down best customer service!!!!!!!!”
