“I recently lost our dog of 11 years. Petsmart reached to Huff Flowers and sent over a beautiful flowering plant. When it was delivered, the delivery person handed it to me and listened to me while I cried over the unbelievable gratitude I was feeling from the outpouring of love from strangers. I know she had places to be, but she knew I needed someone to talk to, and she stayed with me. Highly recommended as Huff Flowers is more about delivering a service but delivering it with compassion and concern. The plant is still gorgeous 2 weeks later. The delivery person followed up with a kind card in the mail. Thanks to Huff for making my day brighter.”

“If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! I'm from CA and unfortunately had a funeral in GA that I was unable to attend. I reach out to several flower shops in the area and Loretta got back to me shortly after leaving a voicemail. Communication was easy and I was able to send her some ideas of what I was looking for. She was very honest of what flowers she had and what she was able to do and I appreciate that. She had the arrangement made and delivered in 2 days in time for the service. “I called this florist in Lawrenceville Ga yesterday. I ordered flowers for my niece who lives there. I spoke to the manager, Edgar, who took care of everything so well. They delivered them on time and my niece absolutely loved them especially the little doggie. The flowers looks just like the picture on their website. “Stopped in to grab ground beef for burgers tonight. Walked by meat/seafood case and it was STOCKED AND BEAUTIFUL. Bought Ahi Tuna steaks, bay scallops, and cheddar/bacon patties. THE LOOK SOLD ME walking by it. The guy behind the counter was amazingly helpful and friendly. This is NOT the closest Kroger to my house, but I SHOP HERE. The Kroger in Lawrenceville on Grayson Hwy is a lost cause dumpster fire. 10/17/21 about 11AM”
“I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a friend who had a family member passed away. The flowers that were delivered were not what I ordered. When I called Loganville Flower Basket, the owner volunteered to redo the arrangement. She did so, and it was delivered to the recipient just a couple of hours later. The arrangement was beautiful. That is customer service! I was sorry for her that someone made a mistake, but she stood behind the error and corrected it. Very happy customer. Will return if I have the need to send flowers in that area again. Melody”
“Scan & Go or Customer Pickup?? Which would you choose??? Figured I'd run inside and grab some lamb chops to see how long it would take. 10 minutes max from arrival to hopping back in my car. I used the Scan & Go app, and there was no line at the door. So, once they scanned my QR receipt and my chops, I was out the door. Next, I went to the pickup section, and checked in for the order I'd placed the day prior. It took about 8 minutes for them to bring it out. The employee was kind and efficient. She packed everything neatly, and even grabbed some nuggets that were almost forgotten. Overall, I think I love scan & go, when I have time to shop and some labor to help me load the car when I leave. But, I certainly love the convenience of pick up!”
