This is the perfect gym, if you're looking small, impactful social distance gym. I've been attending this gym for over 8 years and I've lost weight, improved my eating habits, improved my mental state and connected with people that I can truly call frienmily (friend & family). The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people. Attending this gym benefits my mind, body and annual physical check-up numbers.

Mac is one of the best trainers that I've ever worked with. Very old school. I love the fact that he's constantly educating you on how the body works. A lot of trainers will run you through all these exercise to make you feel like you got a good workout in but you don't see the results.I love that Mac is so personal with his clients. I joined Fit One coming up on 5 months ago back on February 21st. Before then I never did any type of weight training so my body was just soft no muscle whatsoever. I go 3 days a week Monday Wednesday Friday. Between this time I've been pretty consistent but will admit there have been a week here or there where I have fallen off. Nonetheless I've tried to maintain eating properly. It's taken time to see results. Without a doubt I can tell you that I am much stronger than I was when I first joined. There are a lot of myths about lifting weights and getting bulky. That was one of my biggest concerns. I have not bulkrd up yet instead I've toned up.Anyway all I can say is that I am 100%, pleased with my results. I've gained a lot of discipline too. I have also found that balance between being able to get my metabolism under control. I haven't gone cold turkey on sweets which are my weakness yet because I'm staying consistent in my workout I'm not gaining. Since I've been building muscle I'm looking a lot smaller than I was ironically. Mac takes pride in each and every one of his clients. He's going to give you the science behind every piece of information that he gives you. He's even made me want to eat a lot better. He'll also give you a meal plan to follow. Sometimes I follow it sometimes I don't. ?Oh let me also add that his schedule is very flexible. I love the fact that I can come in anytime between 5:30 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. No rigid schedule.If I could give 10 stars I would but it only allows you to give 5.⭐s. That said I would definitely recommend Fot One for your personal training needs.
