BILLING HARASSMENT!!! The people that do their billing are incredibly incompetent. Example- charged me a late fee and then told me it was their computer malfunction but when I checked to see if fee was removed -it wasn’t. And I asked about it and no answer. I had to pay it. Then they charged me another late fee because they said my account hadn’t been paid - yet I had called them, given them my card and asked them to put it on auto pay. They said they would but THEY DID NOT!!! I am packing up my stuff right now !!!!

The Manager Terry Ochoa has always been helpful and a pleasure to work with. They are very attentive to the Safety and Security of customers belongings. I have rented from them for over 5 yrs. Thanks Terry and Staff for all you do.
