Nice and clean, you feel comfortable working out there. They have a lot of classes to choose from throughout the week which is perfect if you have a busy schedule. They also offer childcare while you workout which is amazing!

This gym has everything including super helpful and very nice staff. I have never had any negative experience here. The childcare is also great with the staff seeming extra trustworthy. Add that I’m down 30 lbs of fat and up 10 in muscle because of them. 24/7 also is clutch. Thanks

If you want to cancel your membership at any point good luck. The staff make the process entirely too difficult and I would advise to steer away from this facility.

Has everything you need , peak time crowd not too bad. Sauna is a plus as well. Staff is friendly at the front. Members seem to support each other as well

I wish this gym had more amenities like a basketball court or sauna. For now, it works fine. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been a member of BODYPLEX Grayson for the past 3 years and I am here to stay. The gym is well-equipped with every machine you can think of and the free weights go up to 100+ lbs which is a big plus for my husband. I love the variety of classes offered for all fitness levels. The gym is clean and well maintained and we are always greeted by a friendly face upon entering the building. As long as I live in the area this is my home gym and I love it!

Amongst the best gyms I’ve ever had! Great staff, friendly & attentive. Equipment and sauna are clean and up to date. Membership is inexpensive as well. It’s a large gym but still has the family feel. You will not regret joining.
