Before coming to AutoZone I had went to a mechanic to get a diagnostic done because my car wouldn’t turn over. The mechanic shop told me I needed a new battery. So to save a little bit of money I came here to verify. The customer service was outstanding! Everyone inside was very nice & Amar Tokmo specifically helped me and ran a test. He found the issue and replaced the battery himself. The over all experiences was excellent. Much nicer than the other auto zone’s I’ve been too.

Great people, great service - they replaced a parking light on car and replaced the battery. Very knowledgeable and friendly- quick service! We have gone here several times and never been disappointed.

I had came in to get my bulb light fixed and Greg helped me put them in with no extra cost and he had noticed my that one of my screws were missed and did not mind helping me. Definitely coming back in the future

Ron and Gregory were very helpful. They made my experience very delightful. I needed my air filter looked at and eventually changed and Ron went above and beyond to assist me. Their willingness to help was awesome. Thanks to the both of you.

the customer service here was fantastic the lady shabree help me out by changing my battery out despite the autozone on 78 stated they couldn't change it out. Thank you auto zone i wish i could give you 10 stars

Denisa at this location was great, very pleasant, her customer service was refreshing and she was willing to help. My son called looking for a part and the guy that answered the phone said they didn't have it and gave my son the cost for one of the more expensive ones, online it said they had the less expensive one in stock so I called back and Denisa said oh we have 4 of them in stock. I went in purchased the part with her. Needless to say I had to go back a couple of days later and she was very helpful and pleasant that day. It's really nice to have someone that is willing to actually do their job and not just tell the customer anything because they don't want to perform their job. Kudos to Denisa for making my experience less stressful than it already was dealing with my car issues. Five stars for her!

Mr. Gregory is Amazing, not only did he confirm the correct bulb I needed for my brake lights, he went above and beyond and actually changed the brakelight bulbs for me. He was a blessing!!
