They were SO unhelpful and condescending towards me in regard to just changing/inspecting my wipers for no reason. I looked at my receipt and whoever James K. is is who I'm referring to (now I don't remember what the name tag said so if they were using someone else's log in then I apologize in that regard). I went in there and explained that my wipers were streaking and basically not functioning like normal wipers (mind you I got these wipers in February so I wasn't sure if they truly needed to be replaced yet) and I wasn't sure what was wrong. Usually, people would most likely go INSPECT what someone's talking about in regard to their vehicle, but the man literally was like "I guess you need to get new ones" and just stared right in my face for a couple minutes... didn't say anything or nothing like we were having a staring contest. I even explained when I got them and how I knew they weren't dirty AND YET STILL he said "well wipers aren't meant to clean windows" in such a "duh" tone when I didn't even come in there on that energy. I know what wipers are meant for and they were not removing water from my view in the rain period. I seriously just wanted help because I don't know ANYTHING about cars.How do you know I need to get new ones if you haven't even looked at anything yet? They didn't even help me change the wipers after I got them by exchanging them with the ACP plan I bought in Feb. Man didn't even greet me, no hey how are you or anything like just straight condescending. Then we keep going back and forth on the explanation of what my wipers are doing when all anyone had to do was come outside and I could've turned on the wipers and activated the fluid so they could see what it was doing.I truly felt like I did something wrong or like it felt as though I went in their store and knocked everything over and asked for help afterwards because why was I being talked to like this? He eventually fulfilled everything after being a peen in kinder words. I ended up going to AutoZone down the street near Little Caesars because I literally didn't want to mess anything up on my end. AutoZone was WAAAAY more helpful and put them on even when they weren't obligated to do so since they are competitors with Advance Auto. I literally will not ever step foot in this particular store again nor will I purchase from Advance Auto in general.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and I was in/out in less than ten minutes. This is my go to and local location for anything I need for my or the wifes car. Glad to have such a GREAT location right down the street from my house.

Omg!I can’t say enough how absolutely amazing this store is. The manager, Mike, helped me identify my broken serpentine belt and since my car left me STRANDED in their parking lot, allowed me to remain parked there safely as I frantically searched for a mobile mechanic. The peace of mind that Mike gave by telling me exactly what parts I needed and providing an accurate estimate of how much the labor for said part install would be was priceless. Not only was I able to get my car repaired in a timely manner but they had the part on hand and were even able to sign me up for in store rewards so that I can save on future purchases. Thanks so much Mike! You and your store were heaven sent. Please stop by this location for stellar customer service by a team that truly cares for its customers.

Very unpleasant interaction with Byron, who claimed to be the manager. This young man is not ready for a management position. He was condescending and very rude- not just to me, but also to his coworker who was actually responding to the situation better and more like a manager than he was. When this coworker tried to diffuse the conversation, Byron snapped at him at said, "Remember, I am the manager." Well, Byron. You officially made an AutoZone patron out of me!

They were very in polite and unprofessional. I felt as though I was discriminated against in this location because I am the wrong color or something. It was very unprofessional. I made sure to say something kindly before I left and took my business else where because I would rather pay more money to a store then to be made to feel the way they made me feel. I was talked down to by what was supposed to be a manager and made to feel uncomfortable. I will never be going to this store again

I am absolutely livid with the service from this store. I purchased a brand new battery (because of the location of my battery, the store cannot install, has to be professionally done—totally understand). I get the battery to my mechanic the following day for install only to find out that this "brand new battery" is defective. Why is it then MY responsibility to incur yet ANOTHER service fee to REINSTALL. I suppose I am wrong for expecting the store to own up and make this right?!!! It is not enough to simply swap my battery out. What about the extra charge I incur simply because you allow your customers to leave the store after paying almost $300 for a battery without as much as CHECKING IT FIRST?!! I purchased this product in good faith. Never EVER again will I patronize Advance. Very poor follow through.

Exceptional customer service! Byron was very helpful and very pleasant. He went out of his way to offer extra assistance with the wiper blades I purchased. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be!

The useless little boy I think his name was Jeff only knows how to type the exact digits and letters into the computer. Gone are the days of a person with a little car knowledge offering service. DONT ASK FOR HIS OPINION!!!!He has mastered the art of referring people elsewhere to a mechanic (even if you have the info already), to YouTube, to another store... Glad someone was there to type info into the computer so pitiful an auto supply store is no longer able to employ people with basic car knowledge all DUE TO COVID-19 of course.
