This is the worst store to EVER come to. I have been waiting for 3 hours while the girl is waiting on 1 single customer. I've waited while the wife ran home to get paperwork needed. While she was gone i tried to get a sims card and she refused. Yes just a sims card.This is the most unprofessional place I've ever walked In to.

Jon, the manager was great. He was knowledgeable and patient explaining how to operate the new phone I purchased and he transferred all the information from my old phone to my new phone. I definitely recommend him.
