They said I “Requested” for them to hold my package. I needed this package as a Christmas gift for family coming out of town. It was supposed to be delivered on a Thursday, I called and they reassured me it would be delivered Friday. Friday I get the notification I requested for them to hold it after they closed. I called Saturday and they said I had to come pick it up. I explained I was at work and wouldn’t be able to come by but I needed that package for that night. The lady on the phone said she would have her manager “Pablo” call me back. After 30 min I never received a call and called back, the same lady answered and said he would call back before they closed at 11:00am. I never heard anything back and it’s a Holiday weekend. I believe the driver changed my status because he was in a hurry or did not want to stop on a major highway.

Yet again a slip saying they couldn’t deliver because nobody was home when I have them on video just driving up to the box and leaving the slip. Nobody ever came to the door. This happens far too often.

Repeatedly having issues with delivery of packages. Sometimes it just has an error. Many many delays. Multiple cases of "Attempted delivery" but my dogs bark from me dropping a quarter in another room do you really expect me to believe you knocked, while i have curtains open to make sure I don't miss it? Because that notice was certainly stuck to a piece of mail and no tire treads in the dirt part of our driveway. Attempted to call their phone for an hour and a half straight to zero avail.

"Customer has requested package be held for pick up" No, no I didn't, I've been at home all day waiting, you just don't want to deliver it. Lazy, wish I could give zero.

Gray, GA post office is the WORST in the state of GA! Post Master Sandee Whitaker needs to be fired ASAP! With 40 employees not even ONE of them can answer the phone! 1 star is being generous!To lose a package (really?) seems to be common at THIS post office! More like thievery!

If there is even a slight drizzle, dont expect to get a package. My family has gotten the 'sorry we missed you' so many times and the lady never has tried to even deliver. We have someone Home all times, so there is no excuse as to why we can't get our mail.

They need to do better about not losing packages. One of my daughter’s presents was out for delivery on Monday and then it all of a sudden said waiting for delivery scan and my husband called them today and they said it’s lost

We have recently moved to Gray from Henry County. USPS has always had a less than stellar reputation (it is Govt after all), but WOW! The level of laziness I have experienced since moving here astounds me. I am a stay at home dad so I'm home 24/7. On numerous occasions I have gotten the dreaded form saying "sorry we missed you" as if she attempted to deliver. NEVER has a post office employee rang my doorbell or knocked when a package requires signature. This last time, she left the form in my mailbox. This means she didn't even come up my driveway or get out of her car. It's MEDICINE lady and I have to have it. If you can't be bothered to get out of your car to do your job, Biden will give you a check to stay home, that's more your speed. USPS YOU ARE TERRIBLE.

Don't know the reason to even have a express delivery membership with anyone. Today showing 3 packages out for delivery but only received 1. Asked driver about missing packages but didn't seem willing to double check. Asked me could I move my mailbox so she wouldn't have to reach due to a hole on front of it caused by poor road maintenance. I guess a Jeep Wrangler can't handle it. You order things for a specific time but USPS drops the ball continuously.

The personal and friendly employees are always going out of their way to ensure each of our postal needs are met, and done so with a genuine greeting and nice goodbye every single time. And because of this I believe they all deserve a 5star rating even though I wished the office stayed open longer, especially Saturdays until noon.

I do a lot of online shopping and I have several fun subscriptions I get every month. My issue is a LAZY delivery driver. She sits in her vehicle and blows her horn REPEATEDLY until I come out and walk to her window to get any packages. She refuses to exit her vehicle to put them on my steps. If it's raining, she just WON'T deliver any packages. She leaves a note that there was no safe place to put my package even though I have a COVERED entrance, and I've been home 9 out of 10 times she's claimed she couldn't leave it because of weather. She has damaged multiple items cramming them into my box to avoid having to go up my driveway, and even broke the latch off my mailbox trying to force it shut around a package. I'm honestly completely fed up with her laziness. If she can't deliver mail then she shouldn't be working for the post office. Period.
