Beyond unhappy with this office. My cat had an incident back in May & never fully healed. Took him to the vet Nov 13th. All they could tell me was his white blood count was extremely high. Had to call them daily to just get an update & then was told I’d get a call back the next day. Did not. Called that Friday & got no update so I finally went in person after him being there 5 days & took him home. All they were doing was giving him antibiotics I could have given him at home. He is still extremely sick & they gave me NO answers. Just a $900 damn vet bill. I stressed that I believed it was from his incident but they did not seem to care & I had to explain it to everyone I talked to.DO NOT RECOMMEND for emergency situations. Routine checks, MAYBE.Desk girls were nice & that was it.

I routinely take my pets here for Services.My sweet Stella had an Emergency situation causing her to loose control of her bowels and back legs. They refused to see her. Check the reviews people. Never Again!!!!

The doctors and staff are all very pleasant to deal with. Every time I've ever used Piedmont, they have always been wonderful with treating my pets, whether it be routine visits or something major. Very thorough and reasonably priced.

Love this place! They are always quick and courteous. They have fair prices. I will gladly continue to drive from Milledgeville for this service.I have also had the benefit of seeing Dr Proctor at my home for treatment of my pot bellied pigs. She is always very patient and gentle with them.

I had brought a 3 year old cat in to diagnose an issue with urinating randomly in house after consuming liquids in November. Was diagnosed as a UTI and treated as such. Follow up visits concluded same thing. Each visit the cat weighed less and less. On final visit in February was told cat had kidney failure and was told that nothing could be done.I understand the medical field can be a crapshoot sometimes but I feel if the blood test I had approved earlier had been done this could have been noted sooner.Bedside manner of doctor is great btw just not satisfied with my outcome. Regular service seems to be ok but I’m not sure I got more in depth analysis until it was too late for my cat.

We started using Piedmont last year when our 12 year old cat got very sick, we had been taking him to another vet where he was misdiagnosed and unfortunately it was too late by the time we switched over. Dr Hall did everything he could and was so thorough with his diagnosis and explaining it to me.They do not overcharge and only recommend doing what is absolutely necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their pet!

Very friendly staff our first time visit and they all made us feel so comfortable. Our dog Goldie was loving all the attention and love she was getting.
