Girls in the front def do t want to be there. Not very friendly or welcoming. I use to take 4 of my dogs there until my puppy got sick and when I called for an emergency visit all I got was a I'm sorry were booked go to the emergency vet. Never will I give them a chance with my babies again. Shame on you Piedmont

Not the cheapest place to take your pet but they take good care of them and explain things well. My animals aren't afraid to go which is a big help. My dog plays while we are there and the staff give my pets lots of affection

Beyond unhappy with this office. My cat had an incident back in May & never fully healed. Took him to the vet Nov 13th. All they could tell me was his white blood count was extremely high. Had to call them daily to just get an update & then was told I’d get a call back the next day. Did not. Called that Friday & got no update so I finally went in person after him being there 5 days & took him home. All they were doing was giving him antibiotics I could have given him at home. He is still extremely sick & they gave me NO answers. Just a $900 damn vet bill. I stressed that I believed it was from his incident but they did not seem to care & I had to explain it to everyone I talked to.DO NOT RECOMMEND for emergency situations. Routine checks, MAYBE.Desk girls were nice & that was it.
