So I spend thousands of dollars a year at this Ingles location in Gray today. I decided I was going to grocery shop and bring back some fruit that I have purchased before Christmas. It is now December 28 Christmas was just December 25. I made the purchase December 24. I froze the bad fruit because I didn't want to return the store smelly rotten fruit. I have my receipt that has the purchase date on it. They told me they will not give me a refund because the fruit has expired they told me my only option was The same day that I made the purchase, I should have went home, tasted the fruit that day, and realized that the fruit was no good, and got back in my car, wasted my time and gas again, and brought it back that day that would have made them give me a refine. I have been scammed out of my money again with this location. I get so many bad stale products from this location and I just don't bring it back because I get tired of returning things so today even though I had their product. and I froze it so that it would be in OK condition when I return date and again they said I should have tasted it that day and brought it back that day and I have my receipt they have scammed me out of my money I want my money FYI I work at the store for one day the general manager Mr. P all he do is hire women and flirt with them the girl that trained me said he offers to buy her and her sister lunch but then they have to sit in eat lunch with him while he's flirting and making them on constable also and he made me uncomfortable also to and he made Call today to not give me a refund for fruit that's under five dollars. I have their product at my receipt and they will not give me my money. I will not stop until I get my money. I will not be robbed from a company that I spent thousands of dollars with every year I will no longer never shop at any Ingles.

The manager is a total jerk. He bullies the employees and customers. I will not shop there again.

They have non ethanol on pump #7(look for the blue sign and nozzle) which is a plus. Gas prices are reasonable and you can also save money by shopping at Ingles Grocery Store and using their rewards card at the pumps.The customer service attendant is friendly. It is also easy to get in and out fast.

There were few options for dinner by the time we arrived in Forsyth, GA. Fast food primarily. We stopped here when we saw they had a deli. I wanted soup and chose the chicken-pasta. Real chicken, not canned, and the pasta was not mushy. The salad bar looked good, too. We were able to purchase some adult beverages.

I forgot about our second visit to this amazing market. My wife's family live in Gray and Milledgeville. We usually stay with her relatives in Gray. This market is a true asset to this small cozy town. The hospitality of the staff is truly top notch. Their deli clerks are the friendliest people you will ever meet! Try the sliced fried chicken at the deli...it's amazing!
