Mr. East took my car in last minute even though he had a full schedule already. My car was in really rough shape after my accident and I fully expected it to come back with some damage still there. I was just hoping he could get it to run again. But I can say with no exaggeration that my car looks/runs better than the first day I bought it. I will no longer be taking my car to anywhere but here. Plus, there's a really cute dog who greets you at the door which makes it 100x better. P.S. The puppy likes to play fetch.(:

I bought a 2002 Mercedes that had rust damage to the body due to salt exposure. The car was repaired so well that I cannot point out the places where the original damage occurred. I definitely recommend the work and will be taking another car to this shop very soon, hoping, of course for similar excellent work.

Took car there August 13th. Picked up car 1 year later. Car was never touched after multiple promises to repair body work on bumper and hood.

Rain cover under car came loose due to fault by technician at recent oil change at dealership. Cover scrapes along I-85 for several miles. Came off at exit 36 and found East Auto Body nearby. Very helpful technician (owner??) jacked the car up and removed the damaged cover. We were safely back on our way in 15 minutes. No charge. It's good see that old fashioned neighborliness and kindness are still alive and well in Georgia.
