I've been to A LOT of Post Offices all over the South. This is my Favorite! Nicest Staff in the Whole Wide World, it's not even close. No lines, smiles for Days and Super Helpful.5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ & a Big Hug.

I feel like the workers a few days ago were doing their best! I agree some days are better than others when I come here, but for most of the time they are working as fast as they can and giving a good service.

After standing in line for 20 minutes while 2 employees worked, I asked to use a piece of scotch tape to seal my box shut. The employee, Shelly, kept trying to take the box from me to apply the mailing label and I told her I needed to place the packing slip INSIDE the box before she sealed it. Then I asked for a piece of scotch tape and all hell broke loose. She FLIPPED OUT and told me I had to get back in line and BUY A ROLL if I needed to use tape because, her words: "mine is almost out". I was shipping jewelry and explained the box needed to be sealed at both corners and I just needed two pieces of scotch tape. She again refused to seal the box shut. I said I wasn't going to stand in line for another 20 minutes because she didn't want to let me use two thumbs worth of tape. So when I used the scotch tape off the desk, she SCREAMS AT ME "get out and never come back". Wow. STAY CLASSY USPS. I explained she was a federal employee and she didn't pay for the scotch tape and she then starts screaming at me to get out because I used her scotch tape and threatened to call the police!! I took her photo since she was having a mental breakdown and will be reporting her to the post master general. All this over a piece of scotch tape. How lazy can you be?!

When I arrived there was a line of 30+ people with one person working the counter. Stood in line for 40 minutes to send a certified letter only to be told that they didn't have any of the green certified letter forms on hand. The gentleman who attempted to help me was nice but he had two coworkers who seemingly had better things to do than help out at the customer service counter. Do yourself a favor and go to a UPS Store or The Shipping Post on Market Place as opposed to dealing with this nonsense.

This place is horrible and should be shut down. There has been water leaking out of the ceiling for many many months now and no fix in site. Constantly understaffed and never any materials. Whoever is responsible for this should be fired ASAP. Deplorable!!! There is no excuse for how bad it is there!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the most incompetent post office that I have ever dealt with. I mailed two packages Parcel Select on 6/19 which should have been a 7-10 day delivery time. One package was held at this branch to at least 6/24 and the other 6/29. THEY HAD MY PACKAGES BETWEEN 5-10 DAYS BEFORE SENDING THEM TO THE NEXT FACILITY!! I got story after story about blaming their distribution center in Memphis to possibly the label being compromised in shipment. I will never use these clowns again for any USPS shipments!!

The customer service is terrible. Would give negative stars if it was an option. There are a few hard workers at the window. But....Very few. They don't bother to scan packages that you drop off for shipping. The mail delivery person scans packages as delivered when actually they are still on the truck. Inefficiency is their motto.

Garbage employees. Not willing to help. Very disgruntled. I avoid this location at all costs.

This place is horrible!! Had to have the US POSTAL SERVICE AND POSTMASTER investigate this place! Kathy and Eric are the worst!! Mail being redirected to an old address. When called and asked what was the issue, Kathy was rude and loud mouthed. No worries, y'all are under investigation, and don't worry, I will make sure to press charges for missing electronics and gifts. Already got my letter from the USPS POSTMASTER.

This place is proof that the government's grimy fingers should never be involved in any business. If you're a liberal this place will convert you to conservatism. That's its only saving grace. Today I went in to send a certified letter which I wanted to require signature for. First off, the form to fill is confusing. It's some PS-1234 form (only government could come up with such unintuitive form names). Beyond that, I told the clerk explicitly I wanted signature and validation of signature. He assured me that would happen. Well, I go to check tracking later in the day and voila! It's certified as handed to the destination facility. And that's it. No more tracking updates. No signature verification. Since I'm sending it literally to my next door neighbor, the destination post office is the source office. So after explicitly telling them I needed signature validation, they decided it best to only give me verification of making it to the destination post office (which I was literally present at). Thanks USPS, that's totally worth my $4 extra for certification. Don't trust the clerks. Lesson learned: fill out the forms online.

Absolutely the best post office I have ever used, and the ladies inside are the best. I'm moving back North and wish I could take them with me, thank you ladies.

Albsolute joke!! This place could screw up a wet dream. Kathy is an absolutely worthless person to answer any questions. I've notified your main post in regards to the way my packages were reverted to North Carolina without my consent. I wouldn't let you deliver a post card!! What postal person throws packages in front of the public box and it's raining? Terrible!!! Ooh, and the supervisor is just as worthless, Eric knows nothing about postal regulations!! Hope your superiors enjoyed the photos of my damaged property, and y'all get fired!!!

Thanks USPS. I can always count on you. I'm just amazed with the quality of care my packages continuously receive from a real staple in the shipping world.

The postmaster needs to do their job. The drive-through drop off was useless and you had to drive around the block to get in to the post office when they could've just simply left a pylon in the way so that you know not to go down the lane. Not to mention when you attempt to call no one ever answers the phone or returns your call. My regular postage carrier is amazing but whomever subs for them on their day off is more useless then the postmaster.
