They need to replace a certain person who works at customer service 1 who is always on her phone never says she’s open, you can tell she does this deliberately. So people get out her line to the other line. If this is a manager secret shopper needs to pay a visit. Soon as I find corporate number I will be reporting her. This not the first time I’ve been in this store and observed her bad behavior about work. She has long braids. If I could put no stars I would have done that bc of her. They need better help and people who want to work.

So I was in there today. The cashier first of all had ear buds in her ear. Honey you’re in customer service. How can you hear the customer with ear buds? She asked me did a blanket I bought have a tag. I said no I asked my husband would he go get another one. He took the blanket to the back to get a identical one. He came back with a different one and she asked where was the one he took back there? My husband said he left it she immediately rolled her eyes. Then she proceeded to ring up my stuff but through a shirt behind her that was in my stuff. At the end of her ringing up my stuff I asked her why didn’t she ring up my shirt? She said it didn’t have a tag! I asked her why didn’t she tell me? She swore she did I told her she didn’t . She basically told me that if I wanted to argue she was willing to participate. I told her I’m not doing all that put my bags in the buggy and walked away. I’ve been in roses plenty of times . I don’t live on that side of town but when I do come in I’ve never had a cashier that treated me nasty like this young lady did. If you don’t want to be in customer service get your CDLs and hit the road for the love of God!!!

Store smelled like something had died inside, very dirty and to top it off we saw a rat the size of a baby kitten on top of the shelf where the comforters just running....we hurried up and left and told the cashier up front but she looked at us like she already knew they had rats. First and last visit.

Very rude and unprofessional.. we walked in at 7:40 by 7:47 they were making announcements that they was closing when clearly the store website says the close at 8… it’s very unprofessional to rush customers out the store..

We were there yesterday, waited in line 15 minutes to be checked out. The manager and another employee were standing upfront doing nothing, but didn't even try and help the 2 cashier get the line taken Care of. All the way to back of the store. Some people just walked out. The store needs a manger that cares.

Too unorganized! Probably could be a great place to shop with good products, but it was a bit overwhelming for me. Recommend a larger store to display products.
