I went into Sit & Sleep and right away I felt very confident in purchasing. Josh made this probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and genuine. I purchased a mattress at 12 pm, it was delivered and set up in my home at 2 pm. “Lucas serviced my dishwasher that had stopped working. He was very detailed oriented and thorough in fixing the issue and provided tips on how I can get better performance from my machine. I am new to the area, he helped to educate me on the water type and precautions to take in my other appliances that use water. He was conscientious in cleaning up any mess from the repair. Friendly and personable, especially considering that I was the last stop of the day, it was late and he had had a long day. Very pleased.”
