Shower subpar with a little hotter than lukewarm water and not strong enough. A lot of calcium n lime buildup that kept the flow of both lavatory and shower very poor. And it took well over an hour to go from #6 in line to getting assigned a shower. This was on a Friday night. Also if you’re a driver just passing through good luck. All the local intermodal guys have the entire parking lot on lockdown. I was SERIOUSLY lucky to get a spot.

Zero start because the lady in the picture has very bad attitude. Bad customer service. I dropped a straw on the floor and she told me with bad attitude to pick it up and I told her and ask her what is her name and she refused to gave me her name . And check cameras 11:45 am 10/23/24 very rude person ??

Loves has the potential to be the best travel stop amongst ALL travel stops. Their 1 hangup is that they force country music on everyone. If they only had one store in a small town in Texas mature that'd be fine. But as a corporation that's patronized by all Americans nationwide it should consider ALL of its customers. Americans that is. No one's suggesting anything lewd or explicit. Just more universal... like 80s pop or contemporary. Something everyone related to. Journey, Michael Jackson, Toto, Culture Club, The Police, Run DMC, Billy Ocean, Madonna, Prince, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, etc.

Seems like local drivers park and leave like a private lot. Nowhere to park in the middle of the day for OTR drivers. Read previous comments and thought it would be corrected by now.

Staff was friendly and it was easy to find parking on the passenger vehicle side. The tractor trailer area looked pretty full when we got there around 10:00

Google reviews from the public OTR, I guess Loves Travel Center has answered your concerns and made an update no passenger vehicles parked at the truck parking lots Bobtail parking spot are parked at it’s spots, and trucks with trailer spots are halfway empty. Good Job Team

very rude staff was sitting out front of building eating food purchased from the Hardee's for my service animal and me when Dana walked outside and asked if she could pet my dog I explained that no in fact she could not as he was a seizure detection animal Dana then told me that we were not welcome there after watching all the bums walk by and try soliciting money from me one of which I had previously seen Dana get into a vehicle with and make out with for well over 15 minutes I know this because they were parked at the front of the store during which time they passed a glass pipe of some sort back and forth a few times it was long and skinny with a bubble at the end and didn't look like and tobacco pipe I have ever seen very unprofessional don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon
