“This is a new store, opened early '24, the staff is informed and friendly. They seem to be well stocked. My only beef is that when you leave, if you're heading west on Hwy 80, you have to head east and then make a u-turn.”
“I worked with Ron and his team from Savannah Millworks on new double front entryway doors. They are beautifully made, and the install team did a spectacular job. I could not be happier with them!! During the order process, Ron answered all my questions about the doors: swing (in or out, which door should be active and which passive); paint or stain (he provides samples); hardware (your choice); number of lites (i.e., glass panes); etc. Once we had final design complete, he provided a detailed scaled drawing for final approval. He also coordinates all the work from design through install. The install was done by Jared Watkins/Wood Plus Carpentry. Overall, a fantastic job. I noticed some comments about their customer service in other reviews, and I would have this to say: if you are ordering from Ron and team, you are getting custom, handmade craftsmanship. It might take a while…this is Slow-vannah after all…however, it will be worth the wait. Set your expectations accordingly, and you will not be disappointed.”

The gentleman that handled my phone call and scheduled my rental, made sure that I had the correct equipment that I needed and down to the gentleman that helped me get hooked up to the piece of equipment that I was using, who even asked if it was my first rental with them and thank me for choosing badger.I rent equipment all throughout the state and by far badger has the best customer service of any rental company I have dealt.I look forward to the next time I am in the Savannah area and need a piece of equipment. “While camping in Savannah recently, I need to refill a propane tank. I pulled into the parking lot and set my tank on the scale and went inside to request a refill. The gentleman behind the counter immediately called for an employee to help me. A very friendly guy met me outside, and while filling the tank, we exchanged pleasantries. He then carried the tank to my vehicle and sent me on my way, having thanked me for my patronage. The business looks to have everything and more that a great hardware should have, and a friendly staff to support it.”
“Simply the best small business out there. I count my lucky stars to have this neighborhood gem nearby-- I'm constantly inspired by the resale Knick knacks, yet the new supply inventory helps in a pinch. I think I came here three times a day when I was in modelmaking! Staff rocks. Every creative town should have an arts and crafts resale store! Genius, sustainable, and excellent vibes. Starlandia forever!!!”

He not only fixed the chain but also fixed some installer errors from the previous owners. Reasonably priced and had us up and running in less than 24 hours”

If you're looking for a high-end tool like a random orbital sander that won't let you down and it will last forever this is also the place. If you're looking for the highest quality products, service, and knowledge about woodworking that Savannah can offer (maybe even all of Georgia) this is definitely your place.”
“Yesterday I had a great experience in the store. I can't remember her name but the sales specialist was very courteous. She helped turn my afternoon around. I had just left a parts store where I had a really bad experience and it was like she knew. Her positive attitude and great service turned a bad situation into a great ending for me. “These guys and gals are awesome. They are so chill and so good at what they do. This particular store is really like the poster child for why small stores are so much better than the corporate giants. I mean, Ace is pretty big but at least I think they're all owned locally. They don't have it all and they'll tell you that and make recommendations to get stuff elsewhere. Of course they can be quite expensive for certain things but in general they are pretty competitive considering. Also- that one star review below is completely bogus- there's no way that happened in that store.”

If I would have bought the exact same tool from a big box store or at Amazon I would have spent 30%-50% more for the Exact same items.Check their website regularly and sign up for emails to be sure you get the maximum discount possible.The Pooler location has great staff who are very knowledgeable. The manager (I forget his name ?) is always helpful and the most knowledgeable of the bunch. I can't recommend this store enough.”

Super easy, very fast, no bs things to click on by accident than take you somewhere else, send you back a page, etc. And, I was not on my computer, but on my phone, where it is always more likely that you can get tripped up on the midget screen. Great page! “I walked into the store as a "fish out of water", needing assistance with a nitrogen regulator. Edward immediately understood my questions, put me at ease and hooked me up with the pieces I needed to move forward in minutes. His vast knowledge was evident from the beginning. Edward was also was kind enough to show me how to safely operate the regulator.Without a doubt, top notch customer service.
