Very disappointed in the service department! Our Honda Pilot has a recall that is causing emission problems. We have had the emission warning light for over a year. Honda sent us notice that due to limited supply of recall parts, they are prioritizing the repair of vehicles experiencing symptoms related to recall. This recall is causing vehicles not to crank up or completely shut down while operating. Grainger Service Dept. said they will look at why the emission warning light is on but if it is not related to the recall, they will charge me $175 diagnostic fee!! Very frustrated with this service department! My vehicle has a recall that causes this warning light to come on!! Thought Honda valued their customers safety but guess not! Just going to have to wait for the part to become available and hope our car doesn't break down or not crank!! Not sure we will ever buy another Honda!!

I have dealt with these folks twice when looking for a new vehicle. On both occasions they have dropped the ball. Zero follow through from the "sales" person and the sales manager. Their business must be so great that they can pick and choose who they wish to sell to. My advice: look elsewhere!

I was driving my daughter from Jax FL to Cleveland Ohio and two hours into the drive her Honda Pilot started acting up. We got off the highway and went to Autozone to get a diagnostic... well they recommended to take it to Honda dealer up the road. By this time it was closer to 4 .. and we're in panic mode because we had to be in Cleveland the next day. we get to the dealer and we were greeted by a young who after I explained what happened and noticed the stress in my voice went inside and came back with Clifford. well to make a long story short ... Clifford was amazing. he saw our stress.. and was it's ok mam, we're going to take a look at it and see what we can ... have a sit. he brought the mechanic to talk us.. he explained issues with car. It turned out to be a communication issue with an older vehicle. Clifford made us feel at ease. Clifford is an asset to the dealership. thank you for your kindness

Took over 2 hours for them to change my oil. Zero customer service and rude staff. Don't walk but RUN from this place!!!!
