Got a shirt was to short for me had the receipt and a tag she ripped off the tagged and said it needed a tag whichever she ripped off saying I couldn't get money and said I was stealing who he's ain't true you guys need to step up the woman was rude also.

Your policy states refunds are granted with or without a receipt. I trashed my receipt upon arrival at home. As a manager myself at a retail store, I understand your right to decline a refund. I spent $100.00 in your establishment and was unhappy with the product I bought. The employee at this location on 4/23/2023 didn't even give me the space to show a bank statement or anything and stated, "You know we don't do no refunds at family dollar." Very unprofessional. The store is a mess and a fall hazard! My return items were only valued at $12.00. I would've appreciated some type of accommodation. Your paying customers are the ones who are putting food on the table and paying the bills. It seems as if employees have forgotten that. Retrain these employees and clean up the mess!

Me and a friend went to Family Dollar. He had just moved and was looking for plastic hooks to hang towels on. I was looking for red and/or green peppermint for the mints jar at church. My friend could only find metal hooks (which he didn't want) and although I found both red and green mints, they were sugar free. Both of us left Family Dollar disappointed. ☹

This store must be short staffed or behind in their stocking products. Almost every isle of this store had a dollie full of boxes filled of items that needed to be stocked on shelves! I had to squeeze thru one section of boxes to get a bottle of Clorox; which was hidden by boxes!

Went to the counter and was ignored by the two ladies that were standing there looking at me. If I hadn't needed the stuff that I got I would have walked out. Another place in Georgia that needs diversity in thier employees. Lazy people that don't want to work. If I had done that on my job I would have been fired

I visited this establishment and did NOT have a pleasant experience. While waiting on line I was asked by another patron if they could put their stuff down since they were holding it in their hands... No problem. Right? Wrong. So the cashier started scanning this lady's items. So I said in a nice, respectful manner to the cashier that I was next, not her. Well I was ignored as if I was a ghost standing there. I finally put my item down & walked out! Hopefully, this could be a customer service training opportunity for the cashiers there.

Great walking distance from where I live... But this morning it wasn't open I don't understand why it be closed so often, the young ladies that work there is so sweet when it is open
