The employee that you have working there tonight with the purple hair has to have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Asked her one question and she was nasty and rude for no reason at all. She needs to be fired and collect disability or something. Because she clearly can't work with people.

Generally, the store is pretty well stocked. My issue is the customer service. This location tends to be cash only often, and doesn’t always have a sign telling you that. I walked in, asked the lady at the register if they were taking card, and her response back was asking if the sign was out front. I’d get it if it was a joke, but she just gave me a foul look for even asking. Just a simple yes or no question doesn’t warrant that.

On Saturdays they do not have the option of digital coupons. They only accept cash and very bad customer service

I don't know if it's just a store or the corporation. Put over a month ago I went to the store bought some items and the computer asked me if I want to cash back and I said yes. So they took the money off of my card then the lady tells me we're not giving any cash back anymore. Would not refund my card I have contacted consumer support Dollar general I have been to the store several times it's been over a month and no one will give me my money back so in reality they stole my money from me. And yes I still have my receipt.

Every single time I walk into this store the customer service is terrible. The attitude is horrible. You get to the register and they throw your items in a bag. No words spoken. The employees are always on their personal phone either listening to music so loud the customers can hear it or having a conversation with someone other than the customer. I truly despise coming to this store. The only thing going for this store is that it's convenient. Other than that this store it horrible.

Has to be the worst run store of them all. I work close by and unfortunately shop there due to lack of other options but employees are always rude and lately they’re cash only which sucks if u don’t carry cash. Then today they literally close the store because a dollar general truck was . You would think you could think of a better time to restock them in the middle of the day especially if you have to close the store to do so. This place needs help before city code enforcement shuts it down

29 Apr ‘24 1:45. Parking lot completely trashed, trash everywhere. Inside store is just dirty. Dirty shelves, dirty floors, dirty windows, dirty counter. Prices are stupid high. The lady at register had the personality of a dip stick. Three inch nails made it hard for her to give me my change. Yucky y’all.

this store was a mess! I took my granddaughter in to get her a toy. She's 4. she said why are all the toys in shopping carts?. yes they were in shopping carts except for the very top shelf. I had to pick her up over my head so she could grab a toy.

I have visited alot of Dollar Generals and ALL of the ones that I have visited were not organized, cluttered, customer having to step over merchandise, shelves empty even though there are boxes and boxes cluttering the isles and not clean. TODAY!!! I visited this location and for the first time EVER I was very impressed on how organized and clean this store is kept. Very CLean Not Cluttered At All. Customers can walk thru the isles without having to step over merchanside and are able to do their shopping. Please visit this location. You will not regret it. Great Group Of Ladies, Very Professional And They Take Much Pride of How Clean And Organized They Keep The Store. Job Well Done!!!

This is now the 2nd time I have tried to visit this location in 2 weeks.The first time a hand written sign on the door said STORE CLOSED.Today, 11/08/23, there are multiple hand written signs on the door... CARD ONLY & STORE CLOSED REGISTERS NOT WORKING.Im not giving them a 3rd time. I will spend my money elsewhere.☹️?

Went in to buy a pair of sunglasses because I left mine at home and it’s hard to drive without them! After finding the sunglasses and paying for them and putting my change in my wallet, I was walking out the door when I was accused of stealing the sunglasses! I presented the receipt to the ignorant person and she didn’t even apologize! This location is trash and most Dollar General stores are trash! Adding to the list of the places that will not get any more of my money!

Store has a horrible rate of employee turn over. DG to cheap to hire stickers so containers usually everywhere in your way but yet there's so many empty shelves. They need to be reported to OSHA, it's so bad the store is dangerous for people to move around it. It's also filthy! Usually only one employee working cash register so how can work that needs to be done get done? Dollar General needs to get their stores together or just fold! Our who area is a mess! A new general manager would probably be a good place to start!
