I would not reccomended using Garden City CVS.Unprofessional, incompetent, rude, disrespectful pharmacist. No compassion. Worst CVS pharmacy I've ever encountered! Will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy rep. Latasha is beyond rude and unprofessional. The lack of respect from phone to in person. I will not being using this pharmacy location again. I would rather travel than deal with disgusting customer service. This location should be ashamed with the way they are being represented by this employee.

I pondered on creating this post for about three weeks. On multiple occasions I have had extremely terrible experiences at this location from checking out basic items to the pharmacy to just simple questions. I reached out and spoke with the store manager on my first incident. I don't feel as if the manager of the store takes those type of complaints serious at all. From people rolling their eyes and throw in their hands up upset that you need assistance, which is their job that they applied for ,or the pharmacy rudely handing your prescription back saying "we don't got this" no explanation they don't even sit at the window long enough for you to finish the conversation. I think the store needs to reset I wouldn't recommend anyone who needs assistance with medicine, toilet paper, scotch tape ,paper clips or even to get change don't go here!!!!

the new pharmacist at this store, Mallory, is phenomenal. She went out of her way to ensure that I knew details on my new medication. I also overheard her interacting with other customers and let’s just say her customer service skills are an A+! Especially considering it looks like they’re short staffed. Will be using this pharmacy for good! Thank you CVS for hiring a competent, patient, and knowledgeable pharmacist!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hire more pharmacy staff or ones that are faster. Since when does it take 2 hours for one prescription. The amount is labeled on the box. Run it on the computer, count 2, cash out. I mean come on.

Was hung up on four times while calling the pharmacy. Finally got through and the pharmacist was extremely rude and told me she will not fill my prescription because she is too busy today. Is customer service still a thing?
