Worst company ever. Charged me for 2 months before ever emptying our tank which was a nightmare to get ahold of someone. Was told I would get a credit. Never did. Can’t ever get ahold of our local guy Cody. Last time they left our cap off the tank and it’s now spilling in the ditch. Horrible company.

Harris Neck boat ramp, we were trying to take our boat out around 2pm today, the Blu Site Solutions employee pulled in to clean the Porta potty at the ramp. This man had MILES of room, a whole other drive just past the unit to pull in NOT blocking the boat ramp, did he do this??? NO HE DID NOT!!! THIS guy pulled in BLOCKING the boat ramp, while my buddy was trying to back our boat trailer in, he thought that he didn't see him and gave a couple quick polite beeps with the horn, he IGNORED him, acted like he wasn't there, and proceeded to do his ENTIRE service!!!!! This guy ignored me from the boat when I hollered that my buddy was trying to back down, and proceeded to take a half an hour to do his service, BLOCKING THE BOAT RAMP THE WHOLE TIME!!!!! I work for a huge nation wide company, and we rented Porta potties all the time, I ASSURE you, it will NEVER be Blu Site Solutions!!!!

They never come and do their job... even call and remind them. Still nobody shows up.(1year later different job) Here I am again same company same problem.. this is crazy. How is this company still in business. Maggots and flies make the poly John unusable. Do not use this company

Will never use this company again. They do not deliver or pick-up as requested. Toilets are never cleaned unless calls are made about the issue. Do not correct invoices when it is made clear they have over billed. CHECK YOUR BILLS!!! Now they claim if a can is on site 10 or more days - customers are responsible for a full 30 day billing cycle [ALTHOUGH THIS HAS NEVER BEEN MENTIONED BEFORE]. On top of this; both the local and corporate blame each other for ALL the mistakes. Again, will NEVER use this company again.I would give a rating of 0 but it wont let me! 0/5 [Not a 1/5]

Worse company ever! They do not keep toliets clean. They over bill and do not correct billing when called. Local and corporate blame each other for mistakes; yet neither correct the issues. As stated - WORSE Comany EVER!!!

HORRIBLE!! First problem was there was no contact with us to tell us when delivery would be. Then they destroyed my yard when they delivered it and put it exactly where my husband said not to put it. Then to top it all off when they came to pick it up they didn't call, opened my closed gate (which could have gotten them attacked by my dogs) and left the gate open after they left. We will NEVER use them again!!

I dealt with a person named Misty. She was helpful and got me what I needed when I needed it. She turned the phone call into an actual FUN experience.......that normally doesn't take place when ordering a port-a-potty. Misty is an EXCELLENT ambassador for her company and I will always use this business when doing jobs in their area. THANK YOU, Misty!

I cannot put in words how much BLU SITE SOLUTIONS has helped me! When I called and told him about the outreach that I put together to clean upfor a cemetery that was in shambles. I was in a frantic. I had no idea how many volunteers we would have, but I had no restrooms.He immediately, without a doubt expressed his gratitude for our military and was honored to be apart of this project!Blu Site solutions went above and beyond what I even imagined. He delivered 6 porta potties and an handwashing station.Our volunteers wouldn't have had any access to a restroom if it weren't for Chris, at Blu Star Solutions. I've rented from Chris at Blu Site numerous times over the last couple of years. What keeps me going back is that I know I can count on great units and service with every order. Chris has set a new standard in the portapotty business in Savannah. Anyone who assumes all portapotty companies are the same hasn't rented from Blu Site yet. Highly recommended.
